Went to use the dog wash arrived at 7:20 PM attendant was locking door stating that they were closed. I made a point to let him know the giant sign said 8PM. He laughed and walked off! Very sad, but that’s todays work force!

We got to the dog wash at 7:30 bc Google says it closes at 8:00. The boy working said “The dog wash is closed”. I said “it closes at 8:00” He said “no the whole thing closes at 8:00 This closes at 7:30”. Basically, it was obvious that he just didn’t want to be bothered. Also, if it’s true that they close at 7:30 maybe they should post that somewhere.

I had a membership with them for the last 5 months. never had any issues no stratches, nothing.until August 10,2024 went to Wendy got my son breakfast walking to my car coming out of Wendy.looking at the shine,notice scratches all over my hood of my car.driving back to the location at byron.as u see showing the manager,he feeling the scratches I show him the bag that I went to Wendy and I can back to make a complaint of the scratches on my hood and on top of my car.went to corporate my Monkey Joe's the tall guy turned his back from me and walked away.when I ask to speak with him.i was placing a 911 call.as I starting walking to my car.some short guy came out and said they never had any complaints about stretches on there vehicles.they told me we are not going to help you,the brushes never done this to any other customers.and i can leave.u can't see them in the Shade,u came in the sun,this when I brought my car back.i just purchased my car in may.anyone else with this issue.

Your employees are horrible. We have a stressful situation with our straps came off on trailer and dude just came out and started being a dick telling us to leave while we had an emergency, very rude and disrespectful. We stopped for literally five minutes to fix the strap while there were absolutely no cars on parking.

First couple of times I came here my car came out looking great so I paid for the top of the line membership. My car has gotten less clean every time I run it through because the people working there are just going through the motions. If you’re using a brush to prewash the car it shouldn’t come out the other side with pollen on it. This time around it came out with soap spots all over the roof and still dirty and covered in bugs on the front. Not sure why anyone would pay them to have a dirty car but I’m not. Membership cancelled.

Stopped here to get all the bugs off the car due to long drive and very happy with customer service and the guy’s helping scrub the car just before going in the car wash. There is also a dog washing station for your furry friend. Nice and clean!

I went there middle of the day no traffic waiting at all I pull threw to get into the car wash and was told to roll my window down where one of the younger workers then tells me to tip him $5 or he basically won’t touch my truck because it was supposedly to muddy while he sat there and complained like a child the other employee was nice and did his job basically making it to where the other young employee had to do it all by himself I was also told I would have to leave and wash my truck somewhere else and then I could return like what’s the point of paying a membership if I gotta go wash my truck myself before I pay to get it washed highly suggest Byron location or Bonaire

My car always comes out clean after a Gold wash. The staff here are super friendly and will help you out when you pull up. Love going here. My only complaint is the dryers here don't get all the water off. But the handy towels in station work just fine and give me time to clean the inside of my windows and vacuum out my carpets. We used the pet wash and it was absolutely amazing!! $15 for a total wash and it was so convenient!! I recommend this to any one with dogs—especially large ones—or anyone trying to save their backs!! Awesome experience!!!

Tonight at 6:50PM a white male with reddish mustache and hair with a winter cap on walked out to parking lot to bang on my windowvto tell me to roll my windows down? I said no I will not he then tells me that I cant be parked in parking spots at the car wash? I was going to get my car washed but now after the car wash employee rudeness I won't get my car washed here again nor will a return with any of my dealership vehicles either? You need to be carful who you are rude to because of this you lost alot of buiness. November 28th 2025 at 6:50pm this happened. I can park anywhere so not sure why your employees are attending to cars in a parking lot when that is the purpose it serves. Been doing business since 2019 and will not be returning. Start treating your customers with more respect. Because if you treat your customers like shit for parking. Can only imagine how you operate your car wash?
