DECEPTIVE Beware! I was told in order to get Estimate on car to be fixed was to “drop” car off, when i wanted to speak to someone to get a Written Estimate (i never received) & Told this person, “No the other person has it” Then Over a week of car being there awaiting a estimate (i had to uber 20 minutes away when i left car) i was then qouted a Abysmal price of 1200+ Dollars for less than 700$ worth parts (i believe labor since was never given sheet) when i asked about price i was told “you’re worried over petty change” ! There’s also a storage fee of 27.50 (So while you wait for your car to get estimate or worked on, your paying for it!! No wonder so many cars out front waiting !) which i was NEVER Notified of, Contract release signed, Anything out of thin air ! I had alert police to get my car back! Dont waste your time & money- Always get a estimate upfront with parts price & labor hours, they may use refurbished parts while selling your original parts to pocket extra profit!, Or you will become a homerun for them. 👍

Highly recommend Simple Auto Repair!! The water pump had went out in my 2014 ford explorer, well ford made a timing chain driven water pump which is located inside the motor, unlike most vehicles which have it located outside the motor. Trey the mechanic tech that worked on my explorer did an amazing job on changing out the water pump and getting my explorer back running normal again! Their prices are reasonable! They make sure your vehicle is at 100%! They went above and beyond! Will definitely be back!!

I had been quoted an outrageous price for repairing the AC in my car. I was calling around to find something more within my budget and Simple Auto Repair was able to do the work for half the quoted amount. I dropped my car off the next day at 8 and it was done at lunch time. Keylon was very responsive and accommodating to my concerns. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to any friends needing mechanic work! Thank you once again!! I could not be more pleased with my experience.

I want to give a big thank you to Simple Auto for the amazing work they did on my GMC! My truck had quite a few issues, and I’m incredibly grateful for the help of a friend who recommended them. Brought my car to get my turbos replaced. I supplied new turbo gaskets and said they'd put them in with the new turbos. Said they were super experienced and had done all of this before. Got my car back and they didn't put the new gaskets in, broke my engine cover and didn't tell me (they tried to superglue it back), transmission was slipping, and the car was making rattle and knocking noises and not driving well. All this beyond regular wear and tear between the time I brought it in and got it back. Brought the car to the dealership. After they did an inspection, they found that there were parts MISSING from my car. Multiple under cover parts and brackets holding the catalytic converters to the transmission totaling over $1200. In addition, they found suspension and wheel components had been damaged and needed replacement (another $2,000). The dealer raised the question on whether or not the repair was even done/done correctly as it appears the subframe was never dropped (required to replace turbos on that car). NOTE: I had an inspection done by the same dealership right before bringing the car here and none of these issues were there. Don't come here.

We brought a Sentra for repair with a loud noise. Within 2 days a diagnosis was done by the mechanic. The owner contacted me on the second day and started the work on this car. It had an alternator that needed to be changed. Also the driver's side window needed repair (stopped going up and down) I know parts had to be ordered for both of these repairs. I give this business 5 STARS because the communication with diagnosis was done within 2 days with a fast completion day. The car is running much better with no problem. Would highly recommend this business.
