The reason I’m giving 3 stars: I have been coming here for the passed 5 years I used to get a 10th wash free when it was time. Since I bought my Audi Q7 6 months ago I still go there but your so called system that tracks the cars by plate number has since been messed up at this point in time I should be on my 6-7 wash already but between your staff behind the counter there does not seem any knowledge how to fix it whether I pay with my debit card or cash it still does not show my updated washes which is frustrating. The only person there who tries to help me and is in my opinion a stellar employee is William he deserves a raise!!!! Now fix your system I need my credited free wash NOW!!!!

It’s very rare to find a car wash place that genuinely cares about its clientele and today I received a car wash from one of the best Mr. Carlos. He was very detailed and kind. I will definitely be coming back and requesting for his services!! If only everyone else did an amazing job like him! The staff was friendly but the service was not so great. I got the $40 car wash and my car came out still very dirty on the exterior and interior. Not much was offered to correct the situation. Needless to say I will not be going back. But they have an awesome saltwater aquarium inside.

Not a great place if you're looking for a good clean up on your vehicle. They were very fast but not detailed. My truck liner was still dirty and there are still mud spots near the tire. I got the same result as a gas station speed wash. The only good thing this place has is a nice cashier area and the waiting area has a big fountain but there are not a lot of chairs. I won't return.

Usually come here for all my vehicle washes. Today brought our Hyundai Kona for a wash. Vehicle looked great when finished. Only issue was when I went to pay I noticed an additional $1.00 charge for a mid-size vehicle. I questioned the person and was advised due to the vehicles height it is determined to be a mid-size vehicle. No idea how this can be as the Kona is listed as a sub-compact in all searches I’ve ever done. Don’t know if this is the case for all vehicles here but I suggest anyone bringing their car here to check the receipt prior to paying. This is just a way the owner can make extra money on every vehicle that comes through.

I have been going to the Simi Auto Spa since it opened and have never had an issue. Now that I live in Palmdale I don't get to visit as much as before. I decided to make the trip since my car really needed a good cleaning. When my car was being cleaned it was moved with the rear hatch open. I didn't think anything of it and when I went to pick up my car the rear hatch was open and the employee closed it after giving me the keys and letting me get in. I get home and walk around the car to see a huge scratch on my hatch. On top of that the express wax and wash that I got was lack luster. There were a lot of water spots on the car and the floor mats still had dirt on them. I will probably never visit this location again now that I will be spending hundreds of dollars to get my car repaired. I invite the owner to make this right so I can change my review to 5 stars.

I rarely get my car washed. This has led to several instances of the words, “WASH ME” written in the dirt covering the vehicle. I tried to stop it by letting people know that it was a “SCIENCE EXPERIMENT – DO NOT WASH”, also written in the dirt. Since neither phrase resulted in a clean car, I tried washing it myself. Apparently, my neighbors don’t want to see an old, fat, ugly guy in Speedos getting lathered up. At least the cops had a good laugh. So, off to Simi Auto Care I go! I took the body out of the trunk (total waste of time, BTW – they don’t even open the trunk!) and pulled up during a slow time. Seriously, they certainly do a better wash than the local drive-through, and the prices reflect that difference. After the car went through the washing tunnel, it was cleaned by hand by one of the several guys at the other end. Not only did he do a nice job finishing the process, but he was also quick, too. The car looks great! I drove it back home in style. Although, in hindsight, I probably should’ve worn something other than the Speedos.

BRAND NEW CAR returned with stains and scratches! Yep, I made the stupid mistake of bringing my car here. I bought my land cruiser and 2 days later it rained. I was heading to visit friends and needed a simple wash. the only extra I asked for was to treat the plastic on the inside of the doors and dash. The came came back with armor coated hand prints all over my leather seats and scratched all over my screens.

Got 32.95 service wash outside, vacuum inside and wipe down inside. Outside washing is not really good cause it was thru machine then wipe n dry with hands. Missed lof other spots on windshield and side windows. Inside they just touch n soft wipe i guess. My drink spill was still there by the cup holder so. Had to wipe every Missed spot on my windows and inside too. They didn't vacuum the back windshield bottom. Also my back seat. Pretty it was waste of money i guess. Never coming back again.

Do not come here. I visited this place and paid for a "super wash". When I drove away I noticed my windshield seemed dirtier after the wash than before. When I got home, I tried to clean the windshield and realized the white specs all over my windshield were actually chips in the glass. No amount of cleaning would fix it. Since I live just up the street, I drove back to the car wash to speak to the manager. He confirmed the windshield was damaged but didn't offer any solution or compensation. He seemed unfazed by my claim. This happened February 23rd, 2026 around 5pm

I’ve consistently had a disappointing experience at Simi Valley Car Wash. Even with their most expensive wash, my tires are never properly cleaned. There also seems to be little organization in how cars are prioritized, which adds unnecessary wait time. In contrast, the Thousand Oaks Car Wash is much more efficient. They get you in and out quickly and deliver a genuinely thorough clean. I truly hope Simi Valley Car Wash improves, as it’s the most convenient option for me. But I can’t justify spending nearly $50 for subpar service.
