Have been coming here along with my family members vehicles for a while but the past few visits, it seems like the Quality has goes down and the staff has been acting like we are bothering them for them to do their job, we always tip to show our Appreciation.

Nice car wash but noticed the guy never cleaned half of my roof in the tunnel and interior windows were streaky, it sucks because you spend $50 and it feels like they speed through the wash, this place has potential :/

I brought my brand new vehicle here for a wash and after coming out of the tunnel clearly still dirty I watched as the crew sprayed and wiped down my vehicle with microfiber clothes. When they reached the rear of the vehicle I realized it looked like they were using Windex to clean the paint. I had initially thought it might be a bottle of distilled water to help with water spots but upon approaching the worker I saw the liquid was blue and asked if it was Windex. He responded yes it was and I told him that he can’t use Windex on paint as it is bad for it. He then responded that it was only water and I pointed to his bottle and told him the liquid was clearly blue and left to the back with the bottle, seemingly to get rid of the “evidence”. When I asked the manager why they were doing this he said the vehicle was very dirty so they were trying to get it clean. This sort of process I would expect out of 10 year olds going door to door in the neighborhood, not a purportedly professional car washing service. If you care for your vehicle and its paint do not visit this business.

Great car wash, they always take their time and if you're ever not happy, just tell them and fix it. They also have the best interior and exterior detail package in town and took my truck that is abused daily by my four children and turned it new again.

I had my car washed here manually last week and it ended up washing my rear emblem broken, they told me to get it fixed and come back with a receipt for reimbursement, only to go in today and they won't admit it was their fault. And someone was recording me!

I pulled up today to get my truck wash 1:52p.m., they had 2 vehicles they were still vacuuming but told me they weren't taking any more vehicles. I asked the young gentleman what time they closed and he said, "2p.m." I pointed at the clock and said, ok, but it's not 2p.m. yet! He responded kindly and said, "I know but my boss said we couldn't take anymore vehicles. When a business says they open till a current time it means, you take the last client, last phone call ect. at that time. You don't shut down before. Very disappointed, especially because I desperately needed my car wash.

Very Bad experience today. I splurged today with the upgraded package. Spent over $50 with tip. Did not vacuum well or vacuum the hatch at all. Not everything wiped down on inside. Took it back they vacuumed again only. Home now and noticed no air freshner. I even picked a scent when he asked. Very disappointed.

$28 for the bare bare minimum. They didn’t even vacuum and that was on the order I paid for. Also no wipe down at of internal. I will never come back and suggest nobody else do either. Such a waste of money.

I’ve been a regular customer at this car wash, and their advertising promises a free wash after every ten paid washes. My receipt even showed I had 11 washes, qualifying me for a free one. However, when I tried to redeem it, the cashier refused to honor the offer, despite what was printed on my receipt. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. I hope management will address this issue and honor their advertised promotions in the future.

Mostly good, been a loyal customer for a long time. However the last two times has been lacking in quality. When I get home the front bumper has some bugs still. And I've noticed some water spots too. Hopefully this is just a training issue and they'll improve the next time.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for the past seven years—three cars, multiple washes a month, every month, since moving to Simi Valley. That ends now. Yesterday, I returned after a wash because I realized I had left something behind. I asked the cashier if anyone had turned it in. She made no effort to check, barely looked up, and told me that any lost items are just left out in the open, in plain sight, where anyone can take them. I asked if they ever store found items in a drawer or somewhere secure. She said no. No drawer. No safe. Just left out. I asked to speak with a manager. Jose came out—and somehow managed to be even more indifferent than the cashier. While he did offer to check the security footage, it was clear from the start that he had no interest in actually helping. When I expressed how disappointing this experience was, he shrugged. I reminded him that my family and I have been bringing our cars here for seven years. His response? “We don’t care about our customers.” That is a direct quote. When I asked what would happen if I took my business elsewhere, he said, “Please do.” I gave him a chance to walk it back. He didn’t. I said, “So customers who have a problem and decide to leave don’t matter to you?” His answer: “No. We don’t care.” That’s what you’re dealing with at this place. Seven years of loyalty wiped away in one conversation. If this is how they treat long-time customers, imagine how they treat everyone else. Save yourself the trouble. Take your business somewhere that values it.

Had my brand new car hand washed from Simi Valley Car Wash on Saturday. They took extremely good care of my car. Only one brush came in contact with my vehicle, and that was to scrub my rims. The rest was washed and dried by hand. 18 dollars was the total and they do other services as well. All seem to be priced fairly

I like the car wash location, prices and the people that work there are very nice, especially the girl that works the cash register. BUT I could have done a better car wash in my drive way. There are spots on my front and back windshield, like from tree and bird dropping, there is still bugs on my front bumper. All those that I just wiped off with a rag when I got home not any pressure at all. I got the express wax and I don’t think they did a good job. I could have got the cheaper wash and it possibly would have been the same thing. I like to come here because it’s convenient and close and the price is not bad but the last 2 times I have been disappointed.

Was very disappointed in the quality and service. My windows were still hazy as I drove out, with water spots on the edges of the windows. Water spots and smudges were still on the sides of my car. Won't go there again

Must be a fool. Consistently under cleans no matter what you pay. There was still dirt residue on my car after I got it. Debrit still on my floor mats and seats. Don't even think they really wiped it down. Won't go here again. Too many service disappointments.

The owner is very disrespectful, rude and aggressive. One star for him and the quality of work they do. Two stars for the rest of the staff. The current issue: They may have scratched my window tint but, there is no way to prove it. This really sucks. Everyone else was cool. The last time I took my truck here for a "detail" they left swirl marks all over my paint. And wax all over my trim. It took forever to get the wax/cutting compound of my trim. I guess it's my fault for going back and expecting anything different or even human decency. Won't ever take another one of my cars here again. Unfortunately pictures don't show the swirls or scratch in the tint very well. If I can find a way to capture the swirls and scratch I will post.

The quality was bad. The window cleaning just smeared the dirt around on the inside. Bugs were left all over the front of the car and headlights. Debris was not vacuumed. Tires here half done. As I watched the men clean the interior it was rushed and they did not look at what they were doing. I paid for the deluxe wash. What a joke!
