Not bad. Higher priced than most. $4 minimum? Get back to the $2 minimum like everyone else! Unless you drive a truck like me and spend $40-$60 washing it anyways. Lol

Horrible, the car wash machine kept denying my card would say card declined network error . So embarassing!! I went across 10th Street to Car Express Wash and had no problems with my card!!!

Been using this car wash since it was built. With new ownership it is pathetic. Don't waste your time or money!! Chemicals for cleaning are virtually non existent and card readers are terrible!!

Car wash quality is deteriorating. Barely any soap output on high pressure prewash wand no soap at all and scrub wand no soap at all. Also on automatic side there has been a reduced quality as well can still see dirt on my truck as compared yo previous years it cleaned very well

Rip off. I used the mag chloride and the wheel & tire cleaner the cleaners barely spit out of the gun. Then I switched after washing to the wax no wax came out what so ever even after 2 + minutes pulling the trigger. Most car washes use hot water in the soap clean mode, not this place. It was cold water I will never go back to throw my money and time away.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for several months now. Best in west side of I believe. However whenever I want to do touchless wash drive thru the card reader is awful. Unfortunately they are losing another customer due to this. It’s been like this since I started coming here. This is an issue that needed addressed a long time ago. Probably lose many customers on a daily basis due to this single flaw. Until this is fixed I will no longer return and tell others to go elsewhere.

About a month ago I used this car wash and no soap came out. I called them and they sent me cash back, in the mail, which I thought was strange in the first place but none the less I did get my money back. This time I went and every time I put money in the clock would start but no water would come out for the first 27 seconds. I am not sure if this place is cutting corners or just not taking care of the equipment. However I would recommend to the owners/mangers to do something or they are going to lose a very long standing customer with myself. There are way to many options around to continuously put up with one problem after another.

When it is working properly it is my favorite touch free car wash in town. I would say about 5 percent of the time it isn't working properly. Came to get my car washed today after a snow storm and the door took so long to open that I totally missed the entire undercarriage wash. Super disappointed.

1st bay I pulled into had tape that said weak pressure. I thought nice to let people know. Went to the next bay. Started with bug remover. Barely sprayed anything Sam with pre soak. Went to high pressure wash. Did not have much pressure. Pretty much nothing was working as good as other car washes I use. Won't be going back again.

5☆ Update: Problem solved! Place has been looking great! Nice and clean! I really do like this carwash. I have been having some trouble using the card swipe 💳 lately, though. It won't take one card but does take another. Sometimes, it won't take the card the first time, but after a couple of swipes, it works. It will take all my cards. I just have to find the one that will work that day. Might be worth checking into. Other people may only have one card, and that could lose your business money. Other than that, great little carwash! Nice car wash. It gives abundant amounts of soap. The issue is that there's always lots of mud in the bays. I have to rinse the mud around the truck tires so i can back out without getting it all over them, and that cost more money. I wouldn't bring our good car or my wife's daily driver either. If not for that, then I would have given it 5 stars.

I always come here, and enjoy it. But today was different; which makes me not want to go back. Waiting behind one car, who took 10-12 mins to clean their vehicle. Fine to wait, no problem. But when I go in the bay, use high pressure soap and use a cloth to wipe the salt. Not 5 mins in the attendant tell me I can't do that there, and do it outside of the bay. So I finished off what I had put in and left. As a paying customer I shouldn't be told how to spend my money, or how I use the services. Won't be returning, one bad experience ruins it for me.

Love having this car wash in my neighborhood. But nothing works now. Two self serve stations are out of order. The others are not working either wasted $8 bucks trying to wash my motorcycle.

Took my Jeep there that was just a little dirty from road grim and a little bit of dust and it looks like it didn't clean it at all. I went through the automatic wash with a premium wash and this is how it came out. Wasted 15 dollars. Will not be visiting again
