Do not use this car wash! Car wash stopped in the middle and I got stuck in it over 15 minutes! Probably won't even get a refund!

Great touchless car wash. Bring my car here at least once a week and its always clean when it is done. Like it much better than ones that actually touch your car so i don't get scratches and swirl marks.

I had an issue with the wash my first time around. I emailed Customer Service on the website, and the owner, Chad, called me immediately to resolve the situation. It turns out the wash had some broken parts, and he let me know that they were working on it that morning and offered me free codes for car washes to make up for the mishap. He followed up with me a week later to make sure I hadn't encountered any further issues. He went above and beyond my expectations to remedy the situation and make it right. Customer service like that is hard to find, and I am extremely grateful for how he handled the situation.

An OK car wash... Nothing really stands out, Per se. They are all basically the same, some clean, a little better. Some rinse off a little better. They're ALL over-priced , most of the time 'Something is wrong with it ', they eat your 'tokens' up . However , Signal Car wash, rates better. Than most. I'd recommend it to family & friends.
