I arrived close to closing time but the young men working allowed me to finish vacuuming my car out thoroughly and I thanked them for the extra few minutes. But then my car didn't start and they quickly helped me get a jump and I was so surprised how kind they were and eager to help even though it was past closing and time for them to head home. What a nice bunch of employees, thrilled. Also, vacuums here work really well compared to other places they have a smaller tip easy to get in and around the car quickly. Will definitely be back.

Our vehicle came clean in the spaces the robot could get, but as far as the back of the vehicle where the humans had to prep unfortunately did not. Giving the benefit of the doubt we returned for a second time and before I had a chance to explain why I was back I was quickly assured that they saw what was faulty but had never viewed the vehicle from the back. Assuming on my part that all boxes would definitely be ticked this time I said nothing as far as which part of the vehicle needed attention. For the second time going through our car was not clean still. I highly recommend using a different car wash (or just the West side SK) if you want it done the first time.. these guys need to start drug testing or initiating some quality control. -sincerely, bummed out dad with dirty car (still)

Super quick, and they used gloves to handle payment, which is super awesome with the current events going on. I bought the deluxe option, and the cleaning itself was ok, (car came in filthy so I didnt expect much. But afterwards there was a big, fresh scratch on the back of my car.... not impressed.

$20 for a quick wash. The staff were polite and professional. The wash wasn't that great. It got the rain spots and some bird droppings off, but left some hardened bug splatter and a little bit of bird droppings on. I was hoping for a completely clean car, but that's not what I got.

I love my car & am always hesitant to use just any car wash. This place is always so great & thorough, once I noticed that some corners on the back of my SUV still had a little dirt & no questions asked, they cleaned it up & had me run through again. I totally recommend this place.

Very unhappy with the quality of this car wash. The back of my Kia Soul is still dirty and the wheels aren't very clean. This is not a state of the art car wash so save your money or find another place.

We bought the summer special for $12.00 dollars. We had gone over 3 times. The only thing is that we don't know if we can use it at their other locations. We love going through the car wash my puppy loves it so much.

Went through twice and still had to hand wash it. The wash settings are geared to move your car through as quickly as possible. Not to make it look good. Pricing is 25 for the top wash. Free self serve vacuum was a nice touch. Staff were friendly.

I have been to both locations in olympia this week. Neither cleaned my rear bumper. I even tip 5- 10 every time im there too, which bums me out even more now. If service does not improve to what it was during the summer, i will promptly cancel my monthly subscription and have someone else get it actually clean. This pic is after 2 washes, mind you.

I am a proud Clean Pass member at Shur-Kleen, and I can confidently say this is the best membership I have! Sorry, Netflix! The value of the program is incredible, and I use it all the time. The site is always spotless and impressively well-maintained. But what really makes this place exceptional is the outstanding staff. So far so good! First time today, but for 20 bucks a month to get unlimited regular washes, that's a pretty great deal. My car is clean, it's much cleaner than it was. There's a couple of spots that could have used a little bit more TLC but again for 20 bucks, multiple passes. That's a pretty good deal. Hopefully they'll get that part next time which I will be sure to mention.

Above and beyond!!!! Ive never been so satisfied with a carwash ever. They treated my truck like a princess. They also put in some extra time to blow out the pine needles stuck under my wipers. Which I really appreciate because they're so hard to get out at home. I don't think I'm going to go anywhere else for a car wash ever again. I literally couldn't be happier! Thank you!!
