I went through their Car Wash (not the manual one) and it legit didn’t do much. There was still bird poop on my car all in the front and there were areas of my car (in the rear) that were still dirty and dry as if water or soap didn’t even touch it. Their vacuuming is expensive because never have I had to pay $14 to vacuum my vehicle. Overall, i’m not going there again for any type of service. The only reason I gave it two stars was because of the colorful soap, made me smile before I saw what it missed.

Took my truck here today and paid for the top wash (18 dollars) through the automated touchless car wash (bay 2) and never got the full cycle of washing. It was as if I paid for the standard quick cycle.

I spent $11 on a carwash on a rental before I return it and I am now going to have to pay again to wash it myself because it's not clean at all. Parts of the vehicle weren't even wet, like the body of the car between the side mirror and window. I also tried to get some towels to dry of the car, 2 as a matter of fact and didn't get a single one. Used tokens I just purchased from the machine and didn't get shit. What a waste of $13. Plus whatever I have to pay to get the job done correctly.

I like this place because it's just about the only touchless car wash that's actually touch-free in the area around where we live in Olympia. There's a self-service days I think there's three of those and two touch-free car washes and a little coffee pop up all in the same parking lot. Edit. 7 June 25: I recently bought a vehicle from Capitol City Honda and they gave me a coupon to get a free car wash. Came out to grab it today and it repeatedly tells me after I scanned the ticket that the code is invalid so I tried to put in a code in every time you hit one number it puts two numbers no matter what number you hit so I tried every coat on the ticket and all of them were supposedly invalid car wash. Neat.

I used my credit card to wash my car but there wasn't any soap in their system so I just high pressured it with regular water since the high pressure wash didn't have any soap in it. It took me 4-5 minutes just to rinse it off and I just got a notification for my credit card; they charged me $15.00 for a 4-5 minute rinse. BE WARNED....

I'll only speak to my experience with the touch-free car wash, which was pretty bad. For $11 for the basic wash, I left with my car looking exactly the same as before I entered (left stall) and washed it. The machine seemed like it was working properly, it just couldn't clean pollen, dirt, or bird poo off of my car in the slightest. I haven't used this car wash before, but went with the touchless option because I was in a hurry. I would suggest manually washing your car based on my experience.

I don’t expect perfection with touchless car washes, but I am pretty disappointed with these results. My car wasn’t crazy dirty but there was a lot of dirt left behind. Definitely not worth $18 a wash

It's super great, I usually go here to use the self car wash and vacuum, I only used the vacuum once, but the self car wash is pretty cheap, obviously it's customizable on what you do or don't want to do, and pretty fun

Not the worst car wash experience I've had but certainly not the best. The vacuum handle was falling apart and due to its falling off got dust all over my back seat and the other major friction point was the wash which simply wouldn't clear to clean water so it kept shooting soap even when I had changed the option to clear water. And there's only one type of spot-free water but it's so low pressure that it just simply doesn't work. Potentially the most annoying problem is all of the hoses leak so you come out completely soaked after washing your car.

Ummmm is there anyway I can get my money back? I came here on June 1st at 8:30am and all it did was leak out the left side…didn’t even clean the right side of my car. I paid for a supreme wash which is $18 and went to the first wash bay. I have a car show to go to and wasted my money on this, disappointed because I used to love this place. I have a video of the malfunction, if I can send it to someone and get my money back that would be great. UPDATE*** the company reached out and satisfied my request and more. Will be coming back!

I went to use their vacuums. It turned into a half hour ordeal when I was just there to vacuum out a small mess in my back seat. Some background info about the vacuums: If you use a card, you swipe your card and the vacuum is supposed to stay on until you push stop and then it charges your card respectively based on time. However, when I was done and pushed stop, the vacuum did not stop and just continued to charge my card. It apparently auto-stops after $10 charge. I emailed corporate and they returned $8.76 of the $10.95, but that didn't make up for the mess that was caused by me standing in the rain for 30 min trying to work out how to stop the vacuums that were not operating properly. Very disappointed in all of it and would not recommend under any circumstances.

Third time I've used the same carwash and spend about $20 and not all of the features it offers work. It's rediculouse. There's no way of knowing wether they work or not until you fill the machine with money, on top of stuff not working, water pressure is weak, so you spend more to rinse your vehicle. When I wash my cars I want soap suds bubbles to be exact. Nope not gonna happen there you can't even tell it's a high pressure soap. You pay way to much for below satisfactory service. Mark my words and I prepares my rims before I start the wash because it's time consuming, but $20 will barely wash your car. Owner let's get it together, offer better product i.e. soap that suds and the foaming sprayer actually spraying it out. I'll give you one more chance at fixing this and if it doesn't meet at least satisfactory services as my reviews show it will be known across every platform including a video of how bad it has gotten. Think about this. If I came to your carwash and used fake tokens you'd feel a certain way. Someone's using your services witch takes money out of your pockets. Well when I have to pay your machine expecting to use all of the services offered, and they don't work, your taking money out of my pockets because your not delivering the product I'm paying for. Being this was my third time and the prior 2 times were horrible I gave it another chance and video taped the whole thing and if it had turned out well my review woulda have reflected it. I wish I had something positive to say. So rather than post the video everywhere I'll give it one last chance. I'm not asking for a refund either. Your carwash is convenient for me and I'd like to be able to use it and expect every option on that dial to work. So after the next visit if all turns out great I'll edit my review accordingly. It's like this, if I'm paying for soap I expect soap.

I went through the automatic wash and it didn’t come out as good as I had expected. The gentleman that worked there came over and said he would run it through again because he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. After the second time through the car looked great. I tried to give him a tip for the good service and for Christmas, but he wouldn’t accept it. He said he just wanted me to get a good experience. I did! Thanks, elephant car wash, and the dark haired gentleman that was working there.

Easy through automated touchless car wash. Did well with XL rooftop cargo box. Reasonably priced. Clean. Very nice to tidy up car on the way home after a road trip. Be sure to drive slowly entering to capture 30 second undercarriage cleaning.
