This place is actually amaZIng! I gave it three stars because it is on the side of a Shell gas station with a trifling Food Mart ( ... I'll tell you later ... smh ... ). Also, don't laugh, but they use a broken automatic gas station carwash to hand wash your vehicle. If you think about it, it's the perfect location. All I can say is Showroom Clean will get your vehicle shining just like you drove it off of the showroom. One of the ladies brought her beautiful, black SUV there because she was about to put it back on the market. Great idea! The guys there are nice, courteous and take pride and in their work. Maybe that's a Mississippi-thang. I'm not from here. There is a waiting room with an air-conditioner as well as a tent outside with lawn chairs. I chose to stay outside. The place is neat with no frills, but you will be proud of the end result. You get what you pay. I paid $27 for the inside and outside. They say it is $18 for the outside only. I also paid $23 for the outside only for a small truck. I said the Food Mart was trifling because I went in the store to get change to leave the fellas a tip (in the tip thingee outside of the waiting room) so I bought something that costed twenty-five cents (twenty-seven with tax) and the cashier took an extra two cents. Whose going to complain about two cents? Well if you overcharge 50 non-Spanish speaking people two cents a day that's an extra $365/year you are robbing from the American public. And maybe I was trifling for going in there to get change, but that's trifling. I'll make sure I have the correct amount of money next time so that I won't have to step foot in that establishment. I will never come too this business again. Some of the staff at this location are so unprofessional. I try too support black businesses when I can but I don't tolerate disrespect of any kind. They want ever get another dime from me or anyone I know. If they don't eliminate some of their employees that are bringing this business down they want succeed.

The car is definitely clean, the areas that they did do. There was still crap in between seats and center console, still had spots on windshield, I personally wiped off wax residue. When I opened the trunk for inspection it was apparent they did not even touch it. I paid for a full detail, which on their website says that includes some things they did not do, buff headlights, clean the trunk, wax the car (I paid $40 extra for that), engine degreasing, none of that was done besides wax cause I paid extra. Website says full detail includes everything for $125 on small car and I ended up paying $165. Again areas they cleaned were good buy I expected more, won't use again

Professional cleaning at a steal of a price. They don't charge enough. They cleaned my Kia inside and out for $30, and it was Showroom Ready!!!! If anyone thinks that price is too high, you just lyin to yourself and you know better. Thank you to the hardworking, great team, on Old Canton and Rice Rd.

Carried small explorer sport-track truck to Ridgewood location. Did an OK at best job on the outside. Asked for am inside detail. There were mud spots on the steering wheel when I got there. When I went to check it out when they said done. Mud was still there. Lady who was leading group said “ I don’t know how it got there!”. I thought the purpose of the detail was to CLEAN the inside. Do not waste your money or your time. I had heard good things. I ended up buying wipes, glass cleaner and vacuuming the truck after they got through.

I waited 1hour and a half just to get the outside done for $21. This guy kept asking for a tip and they hadn't even got finished with the car. I didn't see why it too so long with all the ppl they had working. I like supporting black owned businesses but they need to be more professional this girl was smoking a cigarette in the bay while they were washing the cars. The staff walked around more than working.They did do ok with the outside but I could have went somewhere else.

I am from Kosciusko Mississippi and been coming here for a car wash over 4 years now.My car be showroom quality every time.I tried local car washes and did way better washing it myself than the local car washes but it wasn’t showroom quality.So The drive there is worth it to me .They do an amazing job on cleaning the inside to . I high recommend getting the inside and outside did when you go there.

Very good service and they got the car incredibly clean. Looked as good as the day we bought it. They were even able to get dirt and hair out of the carpet that I didn't even know was possible to get up. Highly recommend. Don't let the location scare you off. They are the best around.

I usually don’t write reviews so hear me out. I went to get my car washed today. They did an excellent job, especially with the masses of dog hair in the vehicle. When getting ready to leave my car died. The battery was corroded and dead. First they tried to jump it for me. When that didn’t work the manager helped me remove the battery with tools he had handy and then, kid you not, let me borrow his car to drive about 2 blocks away to the auto parts store. I came back, popped in the new battery, and it started right up. Literally, the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car wash considering the circumstances. Highly recommended.
