My car's mirror was knocked off my car during the wash and they refuse to repair the damage that they caused. I have been trying to reach out to the Regional Manager since it happened on May 12th and still have not received a call after leaving visiting the store on Meadowbrook Road countless times. Also, I contacted the Corporate Office and they said they couldn't do anything but contact the Regional Manager. After being a member for several years taking, the exact same care through the wash, I cancelled my membership. Note: If your car is less than 2010 it's considered old, and they will not repair your car.

I can’t say enough good things about this Mister Car Wash. The car wash itself works very well, even on my little car. AND, there is a super professional women working at this location who went the extra mile to make sure my car was as clean as it could be. She could have let me drive off with a little crepe myrtle sap still stuck to the hood and roof of my car. But, she didn’t. She asked me to drive back around to go through again. We need more people like her in the world.

I purchased a car from a private owner and went to Mister Car Wash on Meadowbrook Rd. in Jackson, MS. Unable to enter the auto pull wash, the Entrance Attendant Brittney informed me that my tires were way low/under inflated. I'm disabled and she directed me to another area and properly inflated all 4 of my tires and taped my loose bumper. She was extremely patient and very polite and cheerfully efficient. She repeated the directions to me cheerfully and smiling, as I am elderly and hard of hearing. I tried to tip her, but she said no, she was just doing her job. MEADOWBROOK MISTER CAR WASH is now my permanent car wash. A very clean facility. 10 Star rating from me. ;•)
