I signed up for the monthly $30 plan. And so far have used it three or four times And every time I have to go to another carwash afterwards. With selfwash to rinse the soap off my car. When I asked the kid working He told me the rinse cycle is Really just too short and doesn't always rinse the soap off. It literally defeats the purpose of going To the car wash if you have to go and wash it afterwards By hand. It sucks. When businesses don't take pride in thier services, and cheat you on something as simple as rinsing the soap off that they put on your car it is petty and sad. Another thing that kind of bothered me was occasionally there would be a guy that's supposed to wash the back of the car and the front of the car with a brush, And spray the wheels down with wheel cleaner before you enter the actual automatic wash he didn't do that well or if at all, so the back of the car would be filthy and have soap suds everywhere else, After going to a car wash. If I owned this place I would be embarrassed knowing a customer had left my carwash with soap still all over the car and dry dust on the back of the car. It's just the state of our world now no one takes pride in their work.

Loved the name, so I stopped for a wash. Hands down the worst car wash I have ever had! I have to think that the wash was broke. My car was sent through, but they barely used any water. Soap was spraying on to the walls, but only about 10% on my car. The rinse didn't even get the soap off that hit my car. It was pathetic! Head north to the Whistle Express instead, always great!

One of the best self service car washes we’ve been to! The machines really get all the dirt and debris off the car. There’s a bug wash station prior to entering. There’s also a self service vacuum that actually sucks really well with some towels and cleaners provided. The staff are so friendly and always smiling! We are moving out of town so we had to cancel our membership and Pavis made it really easy. We really enjoyed our experience using Shiny Shell and would definitely recommend it!

I use this place weekly and love it! The subscription service is great; with it I just drive up and run my car through the wash and then to then to the park and detail parking spots where I can finish the dry, use the air gun, and vacuum as needed. I don't have to haul those supplies around myself or dig quarters our for unreliable machines. Having a dark vehicle that I like to keep clean in the beautiful Florida weather this place provides the perfect solution. Have and continue to recommend it to friends and acquaintances!

When this first opened, it was great. Wash buckets were nice, a soapy and clean rags a plentiful. Vacuums worked perfectly. It's not like that anymore. Buckets are half full, barely soapy, no rags half the time, vacuum suction poor, heads are broken. I will be canceling my monthly membership today.

I am currently sitting for over 10 minutes waiting to go through the car wash, but there is no one here. It's current business hours, and the doors are all open. Another vehicle was in the wash when I pulled up. I've used this place since they reopened, and the owner seems nice. I am probably going to cancel my monthly membership over this. I can't even back out. Edit: Guy finally arrived 15 mins later, and "didn't realize there was a car there." Young man needs to be spoken to.

Not so good. Purchased a Deluxe Wash ($20) for my F-150 and was very disappointed. Too many spots were missed and I had to hand wash the wheels quite a bit. Vacuums were very good but overall not worth the money.

Great place for a quick wash and vacumns work well! The place also has towels and window spray and i havent seen them run out, always available! washes are $10 $20 $30 $10 gets you the overall wash $20 and $30 offers the overall wash with tire wash and wheel shine? could be wrong but thats the only difference i saw/heard for it.

Got the membership which is good value. However I have noticed some decline since it opened about a year or two ago. The attendant will sort of halfhearted spray just one side of your vehicle before it goes in. The initial water spray nozzles on passenger side are not working properly and the attendants are clueless as to the problem. The cleaning rags used to be plentiful and now they don’t even swap out the dirty rags for clean ones. I hope they get it together soon. Too many other options in this county

Lucas always gives me excellent customer service I work across the street at Club house cuts barbershop in the lake Washington plaza next to Smoothie King so it makes it super easy and convienent to come to this car wash which is very relianble and cuts my wash time in half! Definitely recommend this place as a 10/10

I just recently started coming here and the car wash is doing great. Definitely think the 20 dollars a month for unlimited washes is worth it. The only thing I wish it did a little better is the tire shine.

Luckily I was able to get a free car wash and I only say that because it was not able to remove the Thai tea that I had spilled in the back of my truck bright orange milk LOL the people were nice I have an older truck so the older car washes feel like they beat the car up a little bit more and that may not be true but it felt like it minus the Thai tea yes

We took our car through, expecting everything to be nice and clean on the outside, and it was anything but. We can see the streaks where the bristles hit and didn't get the dust. We even had a live spider still on one of the brake lights, so obviously a poor job. Won't be coming back.

I don't know what that one reviewer expects. Should the attendents stand at attention? They'd probably complain if they weren't immediately at their disposal. It's a car wash....it does what you drove your car into it to do. No complaints from me....👍 👍

This location used to be a solid 4-star car wash when it first opened (easily 5 stars if the vacuum area had shade). I’ve been a recurring member for the past few years, but the quality has declined significantly. It’s clear that proper maintenance and reinvestment just aren’t happening. My truck consistently comes out still covered in soap that the spot-rinse can’t remove before reaching the blowers, leaving product streaking down the vehicle. The biggest frustration, and the reason I finally canceled my membership today, is the vacuum station. Most of the vacuums are broken, and the few that work have very weak suction. It’s been this way for far too long. Interestingly, the office employee didn’t inquire at all as to why I was canceling. Even though this wash is convenient, there are plenty of other options nearby that I trust will do the job better.
