I am amazed at how my car looks! I think the finish is even better than when I bought it! It's like it has a mirror finish. Wow. Sergio and his team are the very best. I park my Lexus outside year round and it was a complete mess with a couples years worth of dirt, sap, mold, moss, etc. All of this was removed and the vehicle was spotless. On time, all work exceeded my expectations. Cheers, Bob

I would rate a 100 stars if I could!!!! I had two cans of white paint crash on the back seat rubber floor mat and spilled all over my mat, left passenger door and speaker!!!! Angels at Benj Moore on Boones Ferry cleaned up as best they could and recommended taking it to a car detailer. I found Shiny Impressions on line-just across the street! I rushed over and they took care of my car immediately! They steam cleaned mat, surround, door and speaker. The speaker still works and my car looks beautiful. I feel so blessed to have found them and highly recommend!

My 7 year old Subaru Forester was a mess. Farm stuff, dog stuff and just plain old country living kind of mess. My rig looks brand new after I took it to Sergio! The customer service was awesome and the final result was better than anything I could have ever done myself, and it would have taken me a lot longer and a lot more hard work to get any somewhat comparable results. Some people may say it’s more expensive than other places, but Sergio’s attention to detail and absolute shining results are worth every penny. Also, and foremost, for people who are sensitive to the scent additives to many cleaning products, there was not a single bit of chemical or synthetic scent left in my vehicle. It was fresh and clean. No perfume smell, no chemical smell. Just fresh and clean. Thank you Sergio!

I am very impressed with Surgio and his crew. They were flexible with working me in and they gave me a really good deal. I brought them a 15 year old minivan that had been pretty much been destroyed with dirt by my children. I wanted to sell it so I brought it to him for a professional detail. I couldn’t believe how he restored it! Looked NEW on the inside. The leather and carpet were gorgeous. I was so amazed. I saw them doing other nicer cars than mine and they looked Show-room quality. Great service. Only had my 2010 Toyota's interior detailed. I went straight to the tire storage/wheel well because it's easy to "cheat on" - absolutely immaculate. I was expecting a wipe down, but tire had been pulled and cleaned the metal. Even the tool tray and sub storage. Everything else steamed and smelling new. The cloth seats have been horrible (original material was a very poor choice) and they look great. I'd thought the price a bit steep, now I think Sergio may be charging too little. But don't tell him!

I wholeheartedly recommend Shiny Impressions Auto Detail! Sergio and his team have worked absolute magic on both my Toyota Highlander and Subaru WRX, restoring them to a showroom-like condition. My 2008 Highlander and Subaru had seen better days, especially the latter, which was a constant victim of outdoor parking and stubborn tree sap. Sergio was incredibly transparent about what could be achieved with both vehicles, and the final results surpassed my highest expectations. The pricing was fair and competitive, making the entire experience even more satisfying. I'm continually impressed by the transformation of both my cars' interiors and exteriors.

This is my second time coming here, and once again, I’m beyond satisfied with the results. I previously brought in my old car for a detail and was impressed with the quality and care, so I didn’t think twice about returning with my 2024 Lexus IS 350 F Sport for paint correction, full detailing, and ceramic coating. They absolutely knocked it out of the park, my car was returned looking spotless and brand new. The ceramic coating came out flawless, with a deep, glossy finish that really brings out the paint. I can already tell it’ll make cleaning the car much easier moving forward. These guys really take pride in their work. Consistent, professional, and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to protect their investment and get top-tier results. I’ll definitely be back again!

Albeit kind and prompt, the quality of the detail does not match the premium. There has been a fair amount of exposed dirt and debris in plain sight that can be wiped away by hand. Also, the seats were not adjusted and vacuumed; only what was exposed was cleaned. This feels indicative of the job done. We paid a premium to not do the detailing ourselves, but feel the job mirrors what we could’ve accomplished ourselves in a couple hours.

Had them detail a used Ford Flex I bought that was filthy (because the Kendall VW dealer in Bend refused to detail properly). The leather interior was discolored from so much dirt from animals and smoke, bad odor, water spots on sunroof, scratches on the exterior etc. My 2019 Flex looks like a brand new car! It's like night and day. I would definitely recommend their services.

I recently had my car's headlights restored and the results were simply amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. They explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going to be done. They also gave me an accurate estimate of the cost and the time it would take to complete the job. When I got my car back, I was blown away by the transformation. The headlights looked brand new again! The clarity and brightness were significantly improved, and I felt much safer driving at night. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The staff not only restored the headlights but also took the time to clean and polish the surrounding areas. They also applied a protective coating to keep the headlights looking their best for years to come. Overall, I highly recommend
