Yeah, if you have a couple of minutes and $8, you can have a clean car. Their machines seem to be really gentle but effective. The vaccums are free to use, but if you're there at a busy time, you might not have enough time to use them.

I've used this car wash on multiple vehicles for over 10 years. I have a new BMW and have noticed some fairly severe scratches on the top of the trunk after going through the LO wash recently. Kaddy employs a person to basically head off claims and I asked him to show me the video, which he did. It clearly showed that the swipe of the wrap around cleaners brushed in the direction of the scratches on my car - then he looked me in the eye and said that was impossible. He wouldn't let me have a copy of the video and refused to offer me any kind of compensation. I could have filed a 20.080 and compelled Kaady to provide the video evidence had we gone to trial - but it just wasn't worth my time. We still take our older Subaru through the LO Kaady wash as we don't care about scratches on that car as much. The line staff that actually work the operation are friendly. They offer free vacuums - which is great. Here is my advice. I wouldn't take a car through this place if you care about your clear-coat or if the paint color is such that scratches will show up (darker colors). If you do decide to use this wash, I'd very strongly recommend you have a nice coat of wax already applied to the paint to reduce the damage. Also, if you have any obvious small tree debris, whirlygigs from maple trees and so forth, I'd make sure to rinse those off with a hose prior to going through this wash. They used to manually pre-rinse - the automatic pre-rinse mechanism they use now might miss debris that will scratch your car.

First, the guy who guided me onto the car wash ramp, almost let me hit the car in front me. Had I listened to him, I would have run on their bumper. Second, my entire back windshield wiper is missing. I have a hard time to understand what could be so difficult in putting the tape properly so no damage is caused to the car.

Tore off a part of my car promised they'd call me back. Ripped off my rear windshield wiper mounting cover. Also did not tape down my rear wiper blade or anything else. Attendant said they would look for it that evening and give me a call either way. and if they did not find it. they would call me and file a claim. It's been a week no phone call no email no nothing. I will never take my baby to that s*** hole again

So I aways use this location because it’s close to work.this past Saturday I washed and vacuumed my car. I had some expensive leather Fleece lined work gloves on my seat (used during ice storm) these were really new hardly use gloves. Later that day I notice one was missing, it had fallen out probably with the vacuum hose and I didn’t notice. Some nice person did turn it into “lost and found” the VERY next day I stopped by to see if they had it.... the young man check with co workers as he wasn’t there on Saturday and he came back to tell me they THREW IT OUT! What the hell. Why after only ONE day would you throw a leather! Glove out. I will not be using this location again.

I pay for the monthly membership. Absolutely love all of their car washes. They all demonstrate that they are well maintained and very clean. And not that I am a eco person, but I do appreciate the soaps that they use for the environment and our friendly on our cars as well. This is the only place I will go and I drive well out of my way to go there.

1st visit & I'll be back. Friendly staff & very clean. The space to vacuum & dry car is quite limited but it worked out fine. The one issue that wasn't my favorite was trying to turn back in the direction I had come...busy road so be safe.

I ran my SUV through, when done I looked at the roof and the hood, both were still filthy. Went back to show them and the attendant said that because of the hood shape it doesn’t clean it. Nothing special about the shape of the hood. What good is a car wash that doesn’t clean the entire car, even after 2 washes. Never going back. $15 down the drain.

The staff here are always super nice! You only interact with them for a brief time as they take your payment and guide your car in, but it's good customer service. There are 4 vacuum stations and on busy days you have to wait for the vacuums. It's a weird set up that the vacuums are located before the car wash so if you wash your car first you have to make a U-turn in the parking lot and go against the traffic flow. I've never had an issue, but I only go when it's not busy.

Great carwash place , with no dirty marks, left on the car , and my car came out sparkling clean. When I'm done with other car washes , I see dirt on it and have to go through it again.
