This was my second visit to this place with my brand new car I purchased some months ago. I noticed they use a HARD -BRISTLED broom to scrub the paint on my car in the pre-wash process. Mind you, the same scrub was used on my tires. I thought nothing of it although it bothered me. They proceeded to do a good job in the wash and clean however, upon after the wash and parking up I noticed all these new scratches on my car which coincidentally lined up in the areas they scrub my car with a broom you would scrub your front yard with. I am severely disappointed in this and know that nothing can be the outcome but me having to see about this out of my own pocket when the time comes. It truly hurts as this car was in perfect condition with paint before washing…

They prefer doing machine wash. I went for the hand wash service. They cleaned well and had it looking nice. Everything looked good, people were friendly. Very fast job, a bit too fast, not super thorough. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Costed $64 for full service hand wash. I’ve had better.
