We go here because the kids love the rainbow suds, but I’m not always impressed with the results. Today the whole rear end of my car still has dirt all over it. One guy sprayed the left side of the car before it went through and it looked better but the right side and especially the rear are poor.

In one word: unreliable. I’ve been getting my car washed here for the last few months (I bought the monthly membership) and it has been steadily getting worse over time. Most of the times I’ve gone, at least one of the rotating bristle arms isn’t working. Yesterday, none of the bristles that clean the hood and top of the car were working so half of my car only got some soap and water sprayed on it. There’s still dirt and bird poop all over my car. It’s unfortunate that this car wash has been getting so bad lately.

this carwash only washed half side of my vehicle... only the right side the brushes on the left side and the one to brush in the back didnt cleaned for $16.... you guys need to straighten up your service coz i cam report you to consumers protection agency. $16 for nly half of the vehicle cleaned? thats a rip off.

Terrible experience. The car wash didn’t work—one whole side was broken and my car came out half dirty. Staff were dismissive, refused a refund, and gave me a number for a “manager” (Eric or Jake). I spoke with Jake, who was incredibly rude and argued with me for 20 minutes over $20 instead of fixing the problem. Awful customer service and shady business practices. Avoid this place.

Horrible carwash. Everyother carwash I go to has free vacuums and that was the main reason we went to the carwash. $1 per minute to use the vacuum. Ridiculous! I don't recommend this carwash. Nothing offered, no wipes for inside your car and no rags.

It says soft soap for $20 but the wash didn’t clean out anything from the car. It was more like sprinkles of water. The menu needed to be more clear, and for $20 it should’ve come with whatever soap that cleans up the most basic spots.

What a rip off! $25 for a drive-through car wash and my car wasn't even clean when it came out. Although vacuuming is a "service" listed in the business description, you get to pay a dollar a minute for the privilege of doing your own vacuuming and the vacuum hoses don't even reach both sides of your car. No thank you.

I appreciate that the exterior wash has human detailers at the entrance but I still exited with a need to hand-scape remnants of bird droppings myself afterwards. I got what I'd have expected from a $11 wash but paid $25.

Self service car wash. Clean and quick. The vacuums are $3 for 3 mins / addl $1 for ever min after. Trash cans are provided near the vacuums. There are a few detailers there to assist you during your wash. They were keeping everything moving quickly and efficiently. Hope the photos help give a visual

Not worth the money. $20 for a drive through car wash is fine when it comes with vacuum, as establishments like these always do in my experience. The vacuum where I parked had very little suction (video attached). The other vacuums were loud as vacuums are, but the one I paid for was barely working. Vacuuming cost me an extra $6 for the interior, and I didn't get to vacuum up all the leaves around my trunk from the trees. $26 for a DRIVE THROUGH car wash and my car isn't as clean as it would've been had I gone somewhere else. Ridiculous. For $10 more I could've gotten a hand wash at another establishment with EVERYTHING cleaned or spent $12 at a gas station for the same service.
