Sherrod detailing is by far the best detailer that the New Orleans metropolitan area has to offer. He is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, funny, personal, and very detail oriented which is what we are all looking for. His booking process is so easy a caveman can do it.. Give this man a chance and you will not be disappointed.. you know what they say.. once you go sherrod.. you never go back.. he will always get my money!! I cannot wait for him to ceramic coat my new tundra. He was very knowledgeable on ceramic coat as well if you are in need or just want some info on the service. 10/10 stars

He took care of that issue, cleaned down under carpets, and even helped us figure out some funny little car issues (with a latch, etc). Friendly, easy to schedule, easy to pay. Pros and cons. Pros are that he was on time, very sweet, was respectful, and the wax/outside of the car was shiny. He was able to get a good amount of dog hair out of my trunk. Con, several things were not cleaned to the degree that I would expect in a full detail. My cupholder wasn’t even cleaned out, the parts where seats connect to the floors were still dirty, in between the seat and the console, was still dirty/not wiped, the new car smell went away after 48 hours. The seats still did not look or feel clean. Overall, I feel like I could’ve done just as good of a job myself with some wipes. Definitely not worth almost $200 for a full detail which is sad because he was a nice dude. Update: it’s been about two months. I’d like to mention that the owner never reached out. Also, I don’t know what kind of chemicals he uses but the lining on all of my windows has become dried and discolored. I’m very upset by this. Not to mention after I posted the last review I noticed more things in my car that were not cleaned. It literally just looked like he had run a towel over everything. Very disappointed. Update two weeks later: He reached out and essentially said sorry, you have an older car I’m not used to and should’ve said something sooner. Also completely refutes having anything to do with the randomly occurring issues on my window seals. When I suggested there be some remedy, he liked my message and left it at that.

Our car was parked outside all summer without riding it or opening windows. The humidity and heat left the interior in pretty rough shape with what appeared as mildew on the cloth. Sherrod did an amazing job at bringing the car to its original condition. Treating the fabric and even replacing a very filthy filter. Incredible job. Car looks like new. Highly recommend. 5 stars is not enough.
