I will not give my money to places that arbitrarily set there lottery times to their convenience. They will claim someone is abusing it to ban all of their customers from redeeming or buying lottery tickets or scratchers but they do it for their own convenience. You know that $30 in beer an snacks I would have bought while redeeming my winning scratcher? Yeah, now it will be going to 7-11 across the street, forever.

Car wash is always broken. Stop trying to use it, you're just conjesting the lot and wasting your time. It doesn't work. It hasn't worked for months. Air machine is also now broken. Had to explain how it works to the employee, not sure if a ticket will be put in for it to even be fixed. Windshield wash stations, you have a 50/50 shot of them having water in them, and an ok squegee, but Its been a long time since I've seen detergent in the washers. Overall, poor.

I was physically assaulted by an employee here. The car wash was not working properly so I asked for help and the employee grabbed my arm aggressively and yanked my arm while screaming at me, I felt bruising for days. I didn’t not do anything to provoke the employee. Having a bad day perhaps? I’m traumatized and still didn’t get any help. I have receipts to prove it and I still didn’t get a car wash. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Pain is no good 😞

This is an ok gas station. I have not been inside the shop yet. I only go for gas because its location is very convenient for me. Exiting the gas station can be a little rough depending on the day and time you go get gas. The station sits on the corner of Trabuco Rd and Lake Forest Dr, so on a busy day, pulling out of it can be a little challenging. I have not used their car wash either, and probably never will, I rather wash it myself (Self-service car wash.) Another thing. If you are like me and you own a car that’s on Coilovers or lowering springs or just a low sports car, this may NOT the gas station for you. The entrances and exits are steep, specially the on on Lake Forest Dr. You might be able to get away using the entrance on Trabuco Rd. But it just complicates things. I can only take my SUV here. My lowered car doesn’t make it through the entrance lol. But normal high car are mostly fine. Even some normal factory compacts and sedans have to exit with an angle. The ones that don’t care, you just hear them scraping as they come out.

Good clean gas station ok to get gas at and a good deal on automated car wash. I haven't checked recently but the funny thing is they had a sign up for a long time that said "new" car wash, lol! I mostly come here only for the car wash though it's a good deal. Note it is not a hand car wash it is automated but you can stay in your car the whole time.

The bathrooms were so nice and clean and smelled like my bathroom at home. And the cashier Ameeka was very nice!! I was really shocked when I walked in the bathroom because gas stations usually don’t have nice clean bathrooms. Good job Ameeka!!

Do not use this car wash. It shut off during my wash, didn’t finish cleaning nor did it dry my car. I had soapy water stains on my cars that took two washes to come out. I told the guy and he said I would be refunded. Was never refunded. The guy didn’t even shut off the machine after he knew it didn’t work. Didn’t even apologize! Worst car “wash” ever.

Ride!!!! The pumps don’t work correctly. They don’t take tap to pay even though they tap to pay there and the tenant. Jesus gave an attitude as if you had been doing it wrong even though it was their pump that didn’t have a label on it telling you that the tax pay didn’t work. I’ve hardly seen ruder people.

Best gas prices in town. Best car wash until yesterday when the car wash didn’t work I had to go through a lot to convince the clerk that I needed a new code. She acted like I was lying. First it didn’t turn on, I got a new code and then it washed but the dryers never came on. At that point I decided it wasn’t worth brining it up to Yazmeen who had nothing but eye rolls and a bad attitude. I’m giving 5 stars for the car wash after they fix it (hopefully) and for the cash prices but ZERO stars for customer service. Also they offer a free towel with every vacuum and they were out of towels

Please fix your car wash, it always has issues. Slow to start, the dryer doesn’t work most of the time, I have to go back in for help. It’s awful.

Avoid the carwash if you value your money. First red flag, was the carwash is advertised as unlimited wash. In reality it's only one wash per 24hrs. Second the carwash doesn't work or come on half the time I tried to use my so called unlimited carwash membership. There is no onsight help with the carwash if you use the membership service. Be prepared to call customer service each time to hopefully turn it on remotely, but that's also not guaranteed to work.

I want to share this experience with you. I came to fill up and this gas station said I don't need a receipt, my mistake, I got used to believing it. The result is double payment for gasoline. When I asked to give a receipt for canceling the transaction, they told me to go to the bank and deal with them, you didn't pay, there is no receipt. Try to be more careful with them, She'll, you have fallen in my eyes. The employees steal money and don't want to give it back. I advise you to drive 0.5 Milli higher and fill up there, the price is the same, but there will be no deception. Take care of yourself
