This place has changed! Prices are higher than anywhere else!...4.07 a gallon today! The post office is gone and they will not let you use the restroom. It should be boycotted.

Got gas at pump 1 it didn't shut off when full . Gas came out all over me. Told clerk inside hopefully he shuts that one down till fixed. Been fixed since then good thing

I had make apportionment for myself and 3 children on 03/16/18 at 1:30pm. per Post website, it said to be there 15 mins early. So we arrived at 1pm to just be there and wait. When we are waiting , we found there is a person is before us, her apportionment is 1:15pm She went in to her apportionment at 1:30pm, and finished by 2:00pm. It’s our turn, we walked in and the person who said our last name wrong. from Rosas to Rojas… he asked for application. We turn in the application. He looked at the application to said. Sorry that should not printed dub side. Should be one side per page, I don’t think they will take it. ( Even the paperwork that we provided is incorrect, but the time to get in late that changes everything, if we are able to get in at 1:30pm. We still have chance to provide correct paper work in the right form, or do something about it ) We asked if he can help us if we can application copy from 2 sided to one side. He can’t help. He said that they won’t take copy. ( But they do, travel .us .gov they provided the form that you can type and print out, so what is the different of the copy ? )since he still have to review everything and write down both patents information on the form… He asked if we can reschedule… there are 5 people in this case take their time off for just nothing. And then he said he can’t take us back ,because it’s already 2pm, and he still have 5 people behind us… ?? Who are they ?? my apportionment is from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. we are the last apportionment that he had. There is no way he could help at all. I mean REALLY? He said how about corona office? they take Saturday. NO way, I checked online after I went home. He just keep pushing us away, what is the point of my time ? I don’t like to take out my kids out of school early, and I did that just for this. NOTHING. ** It's a hopeless feeling. make you feel End, and no one can do anything** This is just too sad. You really want to have better set up for your services that you want to provide. or you maybe should just cancel this services. you wasted my time! 5 people’s life time. I found out there are many other post office -I was there , I visit 2 more of them -who provide passport services, they also provided application form and they make copies for you. So what you did , is really mean. or just lazy ?

I went in today and asked to use the air after getting gas I was told to pay $1. I informed the clerk that was illegal and her response was the pump was privately owned. This scum manager doesn’t think he has to follow law. Everyone please download air & water complaint form and send it into the state. This princess needs to know he will respect the state and cities.

There's a milk crate on the ground when you turn around from the drink cooler full of alcohol beverages. I have notified the cashier multiple times multiple different cashiers that it's a trip Hazard and that I've almost fell on it twice. I have watched multiple other customers almost fall on it. I have listened to them also complain to the cashiers. You want to save a couple bucks to sell some mix and match beers when you're about to catch $100,000 lawsuit over a trip hazard... I'm happy to report after a year and a half of me talking with employees about this trip hazard, one week of having this post up and the beer milk crate has magically disappeared... Thanks Shell!

Worst place I've ever experienced. I would give it zero stars if I could. Please, especially if you are a female- go somewhere else. The big bald guy is so unnecessarily rude and sexist. At one point he was laughing at me because I needed his help! Tried sending a regular box with 1 item in it and was getting charged $14! Lol... This place isn't even a real usps store... Its a small little area inside the mini mart.

Do not use this place. Shipped out of here with tracking 2 day priority. No other scans after I dropped off. Basically they stole my package and don’t care. Had to file two claims with USPS and called them and the girl working could care less. Will just use FedEx now but if you need an actual USPS don’t go here. They are contractors and not the actual post office. No accountability.

Stopped by for some gas and a hot cup of chocolate. The machine was acting up when clogged or had a loose part. Thanks to "red" I was able to get that cup of chocolate. Just dropped off a package. Seemed easy enough. More convenient than other USPS locations and no wait. It was a bit odd to see someone wearing a Shell gas station shirt working the counter but no issues. I guess this contract location is a way for USPS to save money.

I stopped by because I had to check something for my job there. And the Owner or Manager offered us a free coffee. My two coworkers and me made Iced Coffee with a cool machine that I never seen before. That was a nice of him because we normally get rude people that question our job. In the past, I have come to pump gas and it has been quick service with the pumps having receipt paper to be printed on the machines.

I went in today to use a gift card that I was gifted for $50 and it wouldn’t work on the registers. I tried to let them know that it was the system and they needed to check out their system and he did not want to hear me and told me that it had to be fraud, so I called corporate and verified that my card was in fact, a real card. They told me to transfer it to the app. Instead, I did let them know what happened in the store, and to anyone who has a gift card and it’s not working there. Go to a different shells. Or transfer the funds to the app .
