Bathrooms had been abused by patrons and was in poor shape. It seemed like someone had tried to use a crow bar on the door to get in. The snack bar was not open at the late hour I got gas, so I can not comment.

This place could be great bc its right off the freeway has a car wash its a Shell. Customer service needs major work. People who cant get a job anywhere else must work here. I have a problem everytime i come here. I only come for the gas!!

I went to buy gas here on Tuesday night at around 10:00, February 18th 2020 and the pumps were resetting so I had to go in the store to pay. The young lady behind the counter was too busy being on her phone to help me. Service sucks.

This is the third time in the past month and a half I have stopped at this gas station to fill up my trucks tank. The restroom is always “out of order.” I refuse to give my money to a company that will not allow its customers to relieve themselves. Ridiculous.

So I'm staying at motel 6 and they dont offer microwaves. Well my 4yr old was hungry and I had food to warm up for him. Went to shell and asked Michael if i could use the microwave for him and he said yes. Thank you for understanding and being so nice so was your other co worker you two rock.

The "carwash" is a scam. I paid and it did not work. Was told I could not get a refund, but the code would work at another station. It did not work. Don't try to get a car wash at this gas station.

Stopped at this location to get gas, and my family went inside to use the restroom. An employee named Shari immediately told us, in a rude tone, that the restrooms were for customers only. We explained that we were about to purchase gas and simply asked to use the restroom first. Despite this, she insisted we had to buy something from inside the store before anyone could use the restroom. To comply, my dad purchased a lighter. Shari then unlocked the restroom, but told us only he could use it and that each person would have to make a separate purchase to be allowed access. When we asked for a manager’s contact information to file a complaint, she flat-out refused to provide one. As we left, we spoke with a friendly couple who had witnessed the situation. After hearing what happened, the husband—who was white—told us we should have said we were with them. Moments later, Shari came outside and told us, “If you told me you were with them, I would have let you use the restroom.” This was incredibly upsetting and confirmed our suspicion that we were treated differently based on race. Shame on you, Shari. No customer—current or future—deserves to be treated this way. Completely unprofessional, and unacceptable. I hope this business takes action to prevent experiences like this from happening to others.

Out of respect to the peoples whom experienced extreme disregard and even racism! This place should be boycott. The manager kept their employee after several extremely rude interactions with customers!Her named is sheri by the complaints I've read. Then sheri, whom a month later gave horrible racist and indignifying service to a family! She is still employed! If the owner choice is to keep disgraceful employees to harass and demean customers well then no one should shop here.

Shari I believe to be her name should not be there, if she is not willing to want the do her job in the morning. I don't need her attitude nor snide comments coming back to get change. That I was going to make more purchase in store. I don't need her attitude in the morning if I wanted to purchase a lottery ticket. Be careful as they don’t charge what they advertise. I paid in cash expecting to be charged $3.89, but they rang it up as $4.09, saying the boss had set the price wrong. Either you charge the price that’s advertised, or you update the display panel.
