This is the worst gas station. They’ll be closed at random times and they will not let you use the bathroom. I asked and the guy said go to another gas station, after I was surprised they didn’t have one.

Got stuck in the carwash. Tried calling the station, as I didn't know what to do and after 15 rings I hung up and tried again. And again no answer. I was forced to drive out of the wash. And my car has been messed up ever since.

The inside is ALWAYS closed. I’ve lived over here for 3 years and every time I try to go inside it’s closed. Makes no sense, at least there’s 3 other gas stations across the way.

Poor customer service. Refused to let my toddler use the restroom. Very rude and condescending. I will take my business to Chevron, where the employees have class and mutual respect.

Customer service is awful. My toddler vomited all over my car and I asked for a bag. The lady tried to charge me .20 for a plastic bag for which should be a .10 bag. I had even bought stuff in the store. Have some compassion or at least customer service.

I have never been to a shop or any kind, anywhere in the world, which is closed as frequently as this shell. Even during the busiest times of the day, it's a 50/50 chance whether or not the shop is open. I have never experienced this before anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience at this gas station. The staff were extremely rude and had no idea how to treat customers properly. It felt like they had no interest in selling gas or anything else—they clearly don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. On top of that, I paid for gas and a few other items, but I never received them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I tried to explain the situation, but they were disrespectful and dismissive. I left the station feeling frustrated and disappointed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I hope management seriously considers improving the service and training their employees on basic customer care.

I feel like I got cheated out of some money… after work, this gas station is always on the route leading to my place so I always stop there to get gas. There has been times where I will have a question or only have cash so I go to the store only for the door to be locked. In the past, when I usually get gas I will purchase a car wash as well. Prior to getting gas, I did purchase an Ultimate Single Wash on the screen. AFTER I get my gas, I am supposed to get a receipt with a code on it so I can get my car wash. But instead, the screen informed me to see a gas tenant. When I walked to the door….they were locked. I went on the loop app to purchase a car wash, this time I purchased the Expressed Single Wash which I was able to use. A day later, I am finding out from my bank that I was still charged for the Ultimate Single Wash which I was never able to get a receipt and use. So to sum it up, I was charged for my gas, plus the Car Wash I couldn’t even get a receipt for and use.
