Fuel lines aren't as long, only thing there little to no selection for some drinks or even water , they need to restock there selections

I always stop by on way to work at 450 am and the cashier says we are closed for shift change never has a gas station that's open 24 hours said that before I won't be stopping there again

Only stopped to use restroom... When I got in there I'd wished I could have held it a little longer!! During this pandemic there are hardly any public restrooms opened. This is not what anyone hopes to see when they do find one open.

Just here about 30 minutes ago, the dumbass looking white boy with blonde hair has got to be one of the most rude and offensive people I've ever met, was rude to 2 customers ahead of me and then when the scanner wouldn't scan my energy drink went to the fridge and looked for the most expensive drink in it and charged my that price, f this place never shoping here again .

Tried to call and give a heads up but the number doesn't work =(. Employees were kind and gas was fairly priced for SoCal. However, I bought 2 two liter bottles of mountain dew. When I got back I poured a glass for myself and found it to taste horrendous. Going back to the bottle I found it was expired since Aug 26 2019. Double checked on the net to make sure this was in fact an expiration date and not a production date. Anyway, second bottle is fine.. Store needs to check for this stuff. ( I need to also ). Probably should not have told the clerk I did not need a receipt lol.

This gas station will take an 85$ hold on your debit card. Bank of America cancelled my card for suspicious activity. Don't fill up here .

Quick in and out to Ramona Express Way or Perris Blvd. Has a good convenience store with a Subway inside. They have a car wash and if your hungry there's restaurants real close by in the same lot. The people that work there are super friendly and fast.

At this present time I am stuck in my Porsche truck for over 15 minutes in the car wash at this location. The phone number that is on Google is not legit. I had to use my nursing knowledge to figure out how to contact someone. So I Google subway. Spoke with daisy who was awesome and said she would send her manager out to assist. Manager comes out after 5 minutes, poorly groomed andwith a bad, what did you do type of attitude. Which in my opinion as a nursing supervisor was in compassionate. She was very short with me and unapologetic. Her name is Jackie. When I walked in to get a refund she was even rude -er at the register and i reminded her that even though you apologized (after I asked for the cooperate number) i can tell it's not sincere. I chose to get a refund and have water stains on my Porsche because I no longer wanted the wash but reluctant to spending my 10 dollars for their car wash.... I wish I could have refunded my gas also.

The lady there said I need a mask to be in the store I said I don't have one She said well you can buy one. So I can wait in line without a mask to buy a mask but I can't just wait in line to pay for my gas and get out of there nice logic lady. NEVER going back there, me and my family. I've been to literally every single other store in Paris fast food restaurant Walmart grocery whatever none of them turned me away but Shell gas station is going to lead the way 😂. It's really dirty in there anyways

Employees are honest and helpful. This says a lot when you consider how busy this place is. My son was stranded here two nights ago with a flat. I drove out here from Riverside to help him and he accidentally left some of my tools on the curb beside the store. He called here the next night to see if anyone had found them , and to his surprise they had! A dishonest person would have kept them. I'm grateful for the staff at this location, this level of integrity speaks volumes of the quality of people hired here.

Theft by employee. BE WARNED!!! My husband used his debit card put in his PIN number gas’d up only $20. A credit card transaction was pending right after for $85, the employee used zip code. Dec15,2021… hours of 4:05am -4:20am. This guy knows who he is. Management needs to look it up on video and transactions for that morning. Never had used this high priced gas station only to get robbed twice. Due to my diligence and knowledge in banking I caught this transaction ASAP. And y’all think it’s safe to go inside, nope. Do yourselves a favor. Gas up elsewhere!Zero stars

I love this shell but only on the nights the one female who works night shifts (Charity) isn't working, because she shuts the store down for 4-5 hours from 12-4:30am, other than that Mikey is an awesome dude who takes care of the customers and the store fully. Also Cory is an awesome guy too. My husband and I have been coming here for years with no issues, but just recently the one female night shift employee has been making us want to stop coming there seeing as it closed when she's working. I hope management will put a stop to it. We see dozens of cars and customers trying to spend their money at this establishment but can't because she closes during a peak time for sales, it's unacceptable really.

Horrible experience, the lady behind the counter was so rude to customers and extremely slow. I witnessed her tell a customer off who was kindly asking her for a bag for all his items. She proceeded to tell the poor guy that she was going to refuse his service because she didn't like that he asked for a bag. Now mind you the line was very long and the store looked as if she never cleaned anything. There was a mop bucket in the middle of the walkway blocking people from coffee. She then yelled at the man that he was not welcome there anymore. Needless to say the poor guy didn't say anything and said fine. I left as well they will not be getting my business or my companies business anymore. Nothing was stocked, and after dealing with her a couple of times in the past she has not learned her job. She blames the machines for being slow when in reality it was her taking her time. The place has changed owners and it's far worse with an employee like her.

Love the rewards program great idea and like the quality of gas, but If the price of gas is different when paying cash why when asking the cashier if he rang up my gas correct, why would I need a car wash to get the cash price. Let's just say that was almost a good response and well this deserves a terrible review. Please address this issue or ill make another shell the gas station with good reviews.

I am blind and the cashier walked me all the way to my Uber driver that was located over by the McDonald’s. I am so grateful for her help! I would have missed my driver otherwise. I wish I knew her name so that I could send her a tip and a large thank you!! Great service 😘
