I mean every Carwash is pretty much good as long as their vacuums are high powered and their wash doesn’t bang up your car but what makes this place stand out is Ben at the register. I came buy 30 minutes before they closed and at most places employees give you a sour look when you come by that late because they want to go home already but Ben was super cool real professional need more customer service like this 👍

When I first began it was great, BUT!!! Be aware I went through it almost 3 months ago, and my passenger mirror and rear bumper were damaged. I had the attendant go in to see if it was inside, which it was, he brought it out, and I had to have the bumper pushed back on. I told him then to cancel my membership and they've continued to take money from my account. No seeking legal advice.

If I could give 0 reviews here I would! Never had an issue since this place opened. I had my car recently buffed out (months prior) have video/picture/recipt proof my car had 0 scratches prior to going I to the car wash. While being in there their machines went down and car was stuck, with several others. Manager Delaney whatever her name is, very unprofessional, the day of the incident she said they would own up responsibility, watch their cameras & call back. 2 weeks later no call, had to show up to the place to be told that my car already had those scratches, they tried to bribe me by giving me gift cards. Since I reached out to corporate of their unprofessionalism, I get a call from the manager belittling me and telling me thar no one in their right mind takes their car to a car wash after a buff out & to stop vrying about it. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I had their membership and they don't even bother to give you a scent or dashboard wipe. $40 a month not worth it. But go ahead & pay $16 and they'll give you all the perks. I will be contacting the business bureau so this place can be investigated. Corporate is useless as their manager.

Had a real bad experience today. Real bad customer service . Employee screaming at me . Had a problem with my car wash today . I told her to have some customers service skill . She kept on yelling at me . I have being a customer for years and this is how I was treated. Delaney is the name of the person . I have a membership and my wife . I also have my daughters and some other family membership as well . We are all canceling because of the bad experience I had this morning. 8:05am . Perris . Please check cameras . Very disrespectful in front of other customers.

This is the best drive thru car wash in Perris! Your car comes out squeaky clean and the vacuums are powerful enough to really get your carpet clean! I recommend it💯

I came through hoping to do a quick wash and get on with my chores. Unfortunately, the tire conveyor popped my tire. Luckily for me, Le Shwabs was next door and I was able to slowly roll my car into their garage. Don't come here! Not worth it. Youll lose time and money.

For years I purchase the wash at the machine at the Perris CA location and always get a receipt. Somehow today, the machine did not print out the receipt. My son goes up to manager to request one. She states " the machine always prints them" my son replies, " I understand but the receipt never printed today". Manager: well it's been working all morning. Well after going back and forth I called my son back. After going through wash, I go up to Manager and request for a receipt explaining to get the machine somehow did not print it out today. Manager tells me the same thing. " The machine always prints them out. Me: I know it does but today it didn't. After the fourth time her telling me I said to her "do u need me to speak to the guy instead"? She tells me to stop being rude and she shuts the glass door on me and locks it. Now both tones are elevated and she just left me standing there. (A simple don't worry let me check why it didn't work today and I'll get you one) would off been the proper way to resolve this. But responding negative unprofessional way, just escalates simple situations...

I saw a coupon deal for this place and I had a gut feeling that it would not work. I bring the coupon for any one free monthly membership. I try to redeem it and the associate tells me that they cannot honor it only the manager. They tell me the manager is only there in the morning. I don’t have time to go there in the mornings. I told them why can’t they put the coupon through and they told me that the manager doesn’t want to show them. In other words, they just don’t want too many people claiming this deal that they advertise. I’m sorry but that’s terrible service and advertising. I even checked the website and there is no way to claim it there.

Awful, it didn't even clean the car right, and if your equipment isn't working right just shut it down instead of making customers overpay for a broken wash. Poor customer experience with the staff as they clearly just wanted another dollar and dismissed any claims that the car was still dirty.

Arrived at 10:30am Tuesday I was in and out within 2 minutes! Insanely fast. The interior car wipegiven when paying is such a nice touch that makes this business stand out also since it's not necessarily required, but rather a little bonus. The drying could be better, but for $6 it's great I don't sign up for the Monthly pass because I usually just stop by here when I'm visiting family in Perris otherwise it's a fantastic deal Vacuums line the entry to accommodate tons of cars and fresheners and cleaners are also sold. Thumbs up from me

Poor customer service, they are extremely rude and tried to intimidate my husband and I when we expressed the tire shine not working. The had us go through a second time and it only cleaned the front driver tire. Do not waste your time or money coming here. We will be returning back to the Duck car wash down the street.

I had a very upsetting experience at this car wash. The cashier, Ana, became visibly frustrated when my Apple Pay was not immediately ready. She spoke to me with an attitude and used profanity in front of my 5-year-old daughter. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in front of a child. Customers should be treated with basic respect regardless of minor payment delays. I hope management addresses this situation seriously to prevent it from happening to other PLEASE DONT SUPPORT OR VISIT THIS CAR WASH!!!

issues with the quality of cleaning, damage to vehicles, poor customer service, and employees very rude not even wanting to help and major issue was inside car wash employees should tell instructions properly too the customers to keep car and customer save through process . The person inside car wash very rude and irritated.
