I've always stop by here for a quick fill up or a car wash because it's not crewed and I can get gas a snack or a car wash quick and then be on my way

The vacuum cleaner just sucks your money... 1st machine -coins got stuck inside. 2nd station - there was no nozzle on the vacuum hose.. just check it before you insert your money.

Gas is .30 cents more than any of the other gas stations in area, and you get NO discount on gas if you buy a car wash like at other stations (plus the car wash is at best a glorified rinse off - not worth the $10.99 for the "premium wash")

Be careful using debit or credit card here. You will have unauthorized charges to your account. Most likely employee that works in billing or accounting.

This is my go to gas station in the Chino Hills area. It is clean, the employees are nice and they have my favorite snacks. The gas is an average price for Premium gasoline. The tools to clean my car is always good. The water and sponge always cleans my car windows nicely.

Just walked in and the two women behind the counter didn't say anything to me, when I walked in at 11:40 am 12/5/2020. They were to busy talking to each other. I went to the register because I was going to get a drink and my car washed, they didn't even turn around and had the backs to me. I just left and from now on I will go to Chevron down the street!!! Bad customer service!!!! Not any Acknowlegement that I was even in the store.

I paid $12 for a car wash, but I was disappointed. The water pressure was not strong enough, causing the leaves on my car roof to rush down to my windows. Additionally, there was soap residue left on my car. I'm not sure if they were trying to save water, but all I know is that I had to spend extra money to wash my car again.

This review is for the terribly maintained car wash. Most of the sprayers don't work, and there are a couple of wash stages that don't do anything at all, the equipment just moves back and forth. Definitely avoid.

Never coming back again. Gas pump caps you at $75 when you use fuel reward, even though it was only 16 gallons of fuel. Fuel rewards allow you to pump at 20 gallons max. Employee says the gas pump does this all the tike for fuel reward customers. Told him I never had an issue with other shell stations. He looked surprised when I told him that.

Just left this place not more than 15 minutes ago and Sales Associate Cassandra needs desperately to work on her people skills. Walked in and she just stood there staring out of the window. No "hello, hi" or "Can I help you?". If she cares not to be friendly perhaps she'd be better working in the back stocking the coolers

1, the devic is old. I experience different problem 2 times in past few months. one time is the gun can not stop. second time, the computer stuck after swap c/c.

quick easy location to get to, i never pump at shell and only came here 'cause chevron credit card machine didn't work. it was clean and not crowded during rush hour on a thursday after noon

This place is scam, had their water listed for $3.50 and was charged $4.59. Asked the cashier it said $3.50 and he said prices change all the time. Not the way to do business . If you have a price listed on the shelf that should be what is charged . Very unethical. That’s like go to a store and on menu it says $10 then getting charged $15. Invest into your signs and get store up to date. Plus the store seems a bit ran down anyways nothing is there
