Another gas station with those horrible credit card scanners that lock your credit card in or out of the scanner seemingly at random, making it more difficult than necessary to pay at the pump.

Horrible customer service experience. Was trying to enter my rewards phone number at pump it asked for me to come inside to pay. The "customer service rep" (I use that term VERY loosely here) ask what I wanted???? I told her what I needed to do she said where is her large card??? (What??) I showed her my keychain rewards and told her that I have it connected to my phone number... She keeps asking for my larger card and THEN GOT ANGRY WHEN I WAS TALKING TO HER CO-WORKER WHO WAS JUST AS RUDE AND TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER go to this Shell station again!!!

I was looking for ice on anticipation of hurricane Irma but everyone was sold out. The manager on duty let customers fill their coolers from their ice machine. This is where I usually get my gas and will continue to be my go to location. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

It was horrible here. We were just trying to get gad and use our fuel perks keychain. So when we were trying to pay at the punp it said that we needed a cashier. So when we went up to the cashier and said why it wouldn't let us they kept saying how we were wrong and we needed the card. During this whole thing she was acting like we were an inconvenience to her, and a customer should never feel that way. Anyways after she told us to type in the phone number, and her acting like it wont work, it finally did. But she kept saying "I don't know why you think I'm being rude", "I don't know why you think I'm being mean". Like to mean you already know you're in the wrong. The experience here was the worst so we will never be coming here.

Joseph tending the register decided to let another person go in front of me because he doesn't feel like managing his area. "It is what it is" so he said when i asked hom about it. So this review is what it is. A bad one.

Great store for quick items or a quick lunch at the Daily Dash. The staff is very friendly. The store is clean, including the restrooms.
