The pumps never work for me. Other gas station pumps work fine, but this shell just can NOT pump gas without me jostling it around a certain way. Lame.

I purchased a car wash with liquid protector. Unfortunately the car wash machine left huge dirt spots on my car. So the leftover dirt is also protected. Disappointed with the low quality.

Very unprofessional uneducated staff poor management it’s embarrassing, got double charge for a gas transaction called and asked for a manager put me on hold and hung up, called back never answered. Very frustrating i have the transaction proofs the owner should be more hands on with the staff apparently can’t handle a simple POS mistake to refund a double charge , at this point they might be post voiding it other transaction to keep the money . Very shady

The machines showing that you added certain amount of gas but car indicates much smaller amount! no problem with it on other gas stations, this one is just a CHEATER!

Bad customers service. The older man working the night shift does not know how to properly use the system even though he has been working there for a while. He needs to be retained. I'm a regular (fuel rewards member) and I don't get credit for my transactions. Also if I arrive after he has mopped he won't let me use the restroom. He says it's out of service or that they aren't allowed to be used at night (I usually go around 3-4 AM.), which is funny because he has let me use it a couple of times before.

Didn’t go inside so I can’t speak of the cleanliness of the restroom or the quality of service from the market attendant. But I can tell you that the gas is overpriced. Gas in California is taxed beyond any reasonable logic, Shell isn’t the only company taking advantage of it’s customers. I am really looking forward to Costco gas opening in the old Orchard Supply next year off of Laurel.
