This station is a junk hole. Trash on the ground, trash cans overflowing, worn out pumps. Go to another Shell station if you can

AVOID USING A CARD. Paid for gas inside due to constant card reader issues here, no gas came out, no refund given. Card charged for gas i did not get.

Traffic Flow is not regulated. Car left at station unattended. (Hazard). No management. This should be fixed or closed ASAP. Before someone gets hurt by random traffic. Or gas spill

This shell is disgusting and a disgrace to this community. It is filthy with no upkeep and absolutely no sign of water to clean your windows. The window wash areas are full of trash. I will never come here again.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS count your change, it's a common practice to give you less change pretending they made a mistake (someone may say: it's just 30 cents, it's just 63 cents, now multiply that by hundreds of customers every day); same review for another gas station by 150 Highway and Route 1, same practice.

Most GHETTO gas station in Richmond, avoid! Terrible owners. Half their pumps don't even work. Sketchy individuals always hanging around, there's literally no reason to give this place your business.

I paid cash ahead and told him I was a shell car member. He did not ask me for my number. Took my cash. I thought hmm that’s odd. Got my gas and he refused to give me my discount on cash and being a shell card member. The lady behind me agreed as she was too. He then asked her to put in her number and gave her the discount. Refused again to give me one.

I don’t know who’s in charge of hiring the staff but this is my second time coming to this location and every time I come the service is horrible. The clerks are always talking to each other and not engaging with the customers or they are on their phone and not paying you any mind. I went in one day and the lady just looked at me and didn’t even say hi to me I had to greet her. She was extremely rude. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. I work in customer service so to be treated this way is disgusting for me.

Horrible customer service. Considerably higher prices than other stations in the area. Stopped by to pick up a few items and wanted to give my hands a quick wash before grabbing the items and interacting with the employee with dirty hands. She was tending to another customer and while I waited, another employee walked out of the back room. I asked him if there was a bathroom available to wash my hands and the female rudely exclaims "there are no bathrooms! They're broken!" The second employee looked extremely embarrassed by her lashing out and I feel sorry for him that he has to work in such an aggressive environment. Better training is definitely needed....and possibly replacement of rude employees is in order.

Consider going elsewhere. This place used to be nice. Now it’s dirty. Nothing here gets cleaned. Pumps are gross, lot needs power washed. Doors and floors are filthy

We arrived late last night (11:56 PM) just looking to purchase a bottle of water and even though the door was unlocked we were immediately turned away by the worker who said they were closed. We felt most bad though for a woman who walked in just behind us just looking to use the bathroom, he would not let her use it and he did not care when she told him she had to go so bad that she’d have to just go outside then. So while I can understand if the drawers have been counted already and can’t make any more sales, my 1 star review is for the total lack of compassion someone so badly needing to use the restroom.

My company has a business account with Shell. We are located a block from the store. This is the worst store that I have ever been to and our fleet of 30 vehicles will never come to fill here again. Pumps never work they pump real slow, filthy property, trash everywhere all the time and the staff is absolutely awful. They will not help you. They do not care that the pumps do not work. This is a joke of a place and I will be making sure that corporate shell knows Absolutely disgusting do not go here
