Car wash here is very unique. There is one bay for washing and the second bay is for drying. While it is cool, the wash does a poor job. It left spots all over our car.

The customer service from the new guy at the pump will shut down this facility. The most disrespectful customer service I had in any gas station so far, I will pay double anytime anywhere before I ever go back there, note I have got my gas from there for 3 years. Sad when you have to look for a new place for doing a disrespectful service.

One day before payday on a tight 2 weeks pay period, guy working the pumps wants to make a scene because I asked for 7 dollars in gas and needed to pay in quarters. I come in here every day for coffee, water for the house, fill up twice every three weeks. Never again. I'll go somewhere else that wants my money and knows when a guy just needs gas to get to work.

Everything about this place is awful. Lots of complaints about them robbing you at the pumps, attendants ignore customers and the dunkins is the worst managed one on the south shore. Only when we the people stop giving them our hard earned money will they maybe smarten up.

Hi guys be careful with shell gas station, lactated at 185 Washington street Weymouth, I went there to fill up my car the gas price was $1.89 while I put my card in the pice change to $3.19 so I cancel it , the next day I checked my bank account they took $85 from my bank account now it’s been 3days I didn’t get my money. Be careful

The sign outside for gas says $3.49. We paid $3.84 a 35 cents up charge for using a credit card? Not only a ripoff but illegal stay away from these price gouges.

Most expensive gas in Weymouth imo. $4.949 on 7/19. Always higher than every other place around (next nearest place was $4.79). Evening attendant (older white dude with white hair) couldn't care less about customer service; whatever he's doing on his phone is always more important. Inside the store they're always courteous. Highly recommend avoiding the gas here unless you're desperate.

Overpriced, but was a convenient location. Apparently you aren't supposed to pump your own gas in Weymouth even when the attendant is just ignoring people from the booth. I learned when I went to complain about how a pump wouldn't stop pumping. All I was looking for was instructions on what I did wrong or a little compassion for the situation. Probably convenient for an attendant to walk away from but I messed with where I would expect a release to be on the pump, where the nozzle goes and hit almost every button on the pad.

Deceptive pricing on the sign, big advertised price with tiny almost unreadable print above it that says with car wash, obviously deceptive it’s a horrible price the only reason people give them business is because they trick people

I actually go to the Dunkin Donuts inside of the Shell gas station. All I can really say about the actual gas station is that the attendance are always nice and polite they always say good morning to me and the guys that work inside are also the same. They always say good morning giveaway and that's about it. From my experience they are great people very kind and courteous and it's a full-service gas stations well every gas station Weymouth is a full service but they pump your gas so that's always a plus

To make a long story short: The guy who pumps the gas is extremely rude. I went there today and he harassed me and continued to bothered me when I asked him multiple times to back up away from me and leave me alone. I even expressed to him that I was a young woman and he was making me feel very uncomfortable but he said oh well and continued to be near me. Another employee stepped in and was extremely kind to me and helpful but I didn’t get a chance to fully talk to him because the guy who pumps gas was still lingering and being rude to me. As a young woman I wouldn’t recommend anyone like me to go here and I hope someone reprimands him for his poor customer service and hostile behavior.

Asked for $10 to be put on pump and they put a hold on my credit card for $73 dollars. This should be illegal. My car can’t even hold that much in the tank and I needed my money. Now I have to wait for the pending amount to fall off. Bad business.

Absolute scam. Big sign lists gas prices at $2.69/gal. Paid cash and was charged $3.19 / gal. Was told the $2.69 was only if you purchased a car wash!

This gas station is a scam big advertisement on price with car wash but that price is only if you pay with cash. Nowhere on the sign does it say cash only? It does say with car wash but it does not mention you have to pay with cash to get the discounted price. They're scamming people with false advertisements first and last time. I will ever use this store for anything gas, car wash, or even buy a candy bar here.

This is insane!! I am completely baffled as to how a business like this stays open, I pulled in to get gas, not realizing it was full service Ish…….. Long story short I got $20 worth of gas. I have $175 hold on my debit card and some other charge for $100 and nobody to fix it…. Can’t get in touch with anybody at Shell corporate or the local gas station….. When I saw The charge I went back……the staff was extremely rude! How is this OK??

This place is a service pumping station but when they run your credit card, they insert card the card, once read, they start pumping gas but they also pull your card put slightly and push back in even more slightly but def intentional instead of handing you back your card. I got rhe feeling it's left in to read the chip?? Got has there 3 times and each time they inserted the card, they'd pull it out only to push ever slightly in and leave it there. The 3rd time, I had to ask for my card back.....it's very strange indeed.
