The Owner refused to turn the pump on. Then card swipe that pump caused my card to get tied up. I had my bank call them and hung the phone up on them.

I really miss coming into this station and seeing Lauren, Paul, and Mona. I would swing by every other day to get my gas and energy drinks and sometimes to just see my people!! They are no longer working here.....

They have a sign saying they offer a free car wash if they do not offer you one when you make your purchase. But they do not give you a free car wash. False advertisement on the front of their store.

Owner Sold me brown oozing Juul pack and initially refused to replace it or give me my money back. Only by me keep arguing and more and more customer listening in to our “disagreement” he basically threw a replacement pack my way with the words that he doesn’t need customers like me

Typical gas station, bathrooms are single-occupant type and basically clean and functional. Pricing on gas is high but there are few gas stations nearby and traffic in the area can be insane. A super-convenient location cannot be underestimated. The subway inside is a major bonus and there's an unrelated lube shop right behind the gas station. The people that run this station have always been friendly and efficient in my experience.

Fuel pump failed and got gas overflowing all over the side of my car. Reached $97 before the pump was turned off. They said they would make it right and 2 weeks later told me nothing they can do.

If you use Shell Fuel Rewards, this particular Shell does not support it most days. I've never been able to pay with the app, and it often does not recognize my linked card. If you use this Shell, be sure to manually type in your alternate ID to get credit.

I buy bread and lottery tickets here every morning. On Saturday, August 24th, between 4pm and 4:30pm, I tried to cash out my winning ticket. However, the two men said the server was down and told me to come back later. At around 6:40am on August 28th, I tried to exchange my ticket again and they said they had refunded the money for the other tickets but they had already refunded one ticket. I asked what I should do about this situation but they only said I don't know and when I asked for a specific time frame, they only said I don't know. so I emailed Lottery Georgia support and explained the situation. I am not doing this because of 20 bucks but because of your work ethic and attitude. I will never fill up my tank at this Shell gas station again or buy a bottle of water from here because trust is hard to build back once it is lost.

Do not pass this lunch spot up. Best Mexican food from a shell gas station you'll have in a min.. Highly recommend.. it's clean decent price .. it's in my favorite list. Best tacos and burritos.
