This wash will damage your vehicle and staff can’t even tell you who the owner is. Despite multiple attempts to contact, no response at all! See you in small claims!

Really sad that this wash doesnt work because it is so convenient and has free vacuums. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and every time I go through the wash there is soap suds left at the top of all 4 windows and the top of the back door window :/ (I've even tried the more expensive wash and this didnt work either). Every time I have gone, as soon as I get out of the wash I have to jump out and roll my windows down halfway and wipe away all the suds so they dont dry..

Online stated that there are rags to dry car with and other things to use as well and they offer nothing but vacuums. Wish I would’ve known that before wasting money to wash car and not even be able to dry it or wipe it down.

Be very careful! Took my 2010 Mazda CX-9 through in perfect condition. Came out missing the rear fender trim and with a bad scratch on the side. Talked to the manager who said the owner would call me right back. Despite nearly 2 weeks and several phone calls on my part.... you guessed it. The owner will not talk to me. I guess we're heading to small claims court. New equipment and staff that knows little and will not take responsibility for damage. Didn't even get my car clean!

Typical drive-thru car wash with spaces to park and vacuum out your car, if you are lucky enough to pick one with a hose that works. Also the auto-wash did a really bad job of getting the soap and water off the car. Luckily we keep some soft towels in the car, so we could get the spots off the windows and mirrors ourselves. On the plus side, they had some guys manually pre-scrub the grill and back with some soapy liquid.

Buy one Ultimate Wax & Shine, get the second at 1/2 off, total cost being $30 ($20 for the first wash $10 for the second). The advertisement, nor during at any point during the sales process was I notified that the second wash has a 90 day validity period. After the credit card was processed and the receipt was printed, the ticket stated an expiration date. I noticed my second wash had expired when I went to scan my receipt at the electronic POS. I spoke to, what assumed was the manager, and he kept repeating the same statement, "It's your responsibility to look at your ticket and ask if you have any questions. I can't help you". He wouldn't admit to the poor sales practice, offer a partial refund, nor help in any sort of way. I was forced to purchase another car wash because I was in front of an electronic gate that would not open unless you buy a wash, nor could I back up because there were a line of cars behind me.

I asked one if the workers to spray my door handle to remove the dirt and was told that it's considered detailed and I would have to pay an upcharge next time??! I get this done at any other cat wash for free because I have a white car. It is not a detailed service. I won't be returning and I don't suggest you come here either.

Christian the manager is doing a great job trying to get this business to be successful despite the workers not showing up and not taking direction from him. Christian did a great job, listening to my complaints about previous visits and explained how he is working hard to make things better. Christian did a great job hearing understanding, and validating my disappointment with previous visits. in addition, Bethany at the kiosk Also did a great job hearing my negative feedback regarding previous visits. Christian and Bethany are two people that any business would benefit from having as employees. As a professional in Sandy Springs, Christian and Bethany should both be recognized for their efforts at the hub wash.

One of the few automated car washes where I know what to expect every time out. The attendants are friendly and helpful, even when it's raining. There's a nice mix of wash/wax/shine options. The location is convenient and there's enough vacuum spaces where even on a busy day you won't have a long wait to finish drying and cleaning out your vehicle. I frequent the car wash every 4-5 days since it's close to work and on my way home. Easy to hop in before lunch and be done before the rush hits.

Used the the drive through service only for it to damage my car. The manager want to explain that they have hundreds of cars and trucks washed and no one has “ever” reported any damage to their vehicles. This guy stated that maybe hit the entry way and that may have damaged my car, or there may have been some something caught in the tire shine but it couldn’t have cause the damage. I pointed the fresh scratch and tore the liner somehow. You can clear see the silicon rubbing along the side of the bumper. The manager offered a couple of free washes, but why would I want another wash to cause further damage for them to deny responsibility. Needless to say I won’t ever be back. Not here to bash or tell anyone not to go there, I just know me and my family won’t ever go back.
