This Shell Gas Station is $1 more per gallon than nearby Costco and many other stations such as Berri Brothers down the street located at 1766 N Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas, CA 92024 . You should boycott this station. You can save $15 to $20 dollars per fill up if you go elsewhere.

The guy working didn’t have time to help us because he was to busy texting and playing on his phone.I asked for lids and he yelled at me,I nicely said I am not yelling at you could you please not yell at me, meanwhile there is a line of people waiting to be helped and he is still texting and tells me that he won’t serve me.I believe he was under the influence of drugs do to the fact that he was very unstable I will never return to this gas station worst service ever 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The car wash was not working properly. My car was covered in suds and the cashier refused to give me a refund or be of help in ANY way. I had to drive to a full service car wash nearby to have my car washed.

Drove through the car wash on 7-31-2021. The car wash damaged the roof of my vehicle , 3 dents and damaged the paint . As the metal bar when coming down to wash the roof of my car made a huge loud bang on the roof . Damaged the paint and 3 dents . Considering I just purchased the vehicle in April of 2021. Not happy at all ! Going to see if they will take responsibility for it , as they have several cameras . If they don’t , Geico will deal with shell . But they need to fix my car.

I will never ever use a Shell gas station again in my life they took $148 out of my account and I only bought $25 of gasoline and that was 5 hours ago and they owe me $100 and I'm still trying to get that money back I will never ever buy gasoline at a Shell gas station again

Showed up at 10pm and the store is closed. I guess the pumps are open 24hrs. Not the store itself. Which would have been nice to know before I walked there from one of the nearby hotels.

Do not use their services! The cashier is extremely rude. Car wash is bad! On January 5th 2022 around 4pm I paid for the Ultimate car wash service that includes everything, but received only the basic wash (it looks like the machine wasn't setup correctly or run out of finishing liquids). When I went to the cashier the report the problem and request a voucher for the service I haven't received, he refuses to the service and kept arguing for 10 minutes that I am wrong. Finally he and told me - He wished I would never come back!!! So rude...

Google needs to create separate hours for different services. Place is getting bombed in reviews for not having the shop open 24 hours but if the pumps are open it makes it tough. It's not on them. Service here is always good.

Nahad or whatever the old man’s name is needs to retire. Can never get a simple transaction right. But today I had it. Simple $40 transaction I was in there for 30 minutes because he did not know how to add simple math for scratchers; 10+10+20 =40 , I simple asked if someone could help him because I can see he was never gonna figure it out & he got mad said no let me do it, would of took 3 hours if he figured it out.. why have a senior citizen work for you when he can’t do the simplest things P.s. even his workers were looking at him and me and shaking there heads
