Jacob did an excellent job detailing my work truck. He removed some pretty aggressive stains from my seats, got all of the dog hair out, cleaned all the little knobs nicely. For the exterior he really refreshed everything. I had just got back from a dusty desert trip. Around the shocks and wheels look better than ever. He arrived on time and stayed later than expected without over charging. There was an incident where he thought he broke the switch that operates my window. He offered to take it to the mechanic and pay for the damage. Turns out there was no issue, but still appreciate his honesty and willingness to make things right. Blessed to have found this business

Jacob recently did paint restoration and a ceramic coating on our 1998 Toyota T-100 pickup. He did a fantastic job, taking his time and delivering incredible results on this 26 year-old truck that my dad bought new. The truck looks as good now as it did when my dad brought it home from the Toyota dealer, maybe better! Toyota paint, and especially white, tends to be of poor quality and often fades and becomes chalky when not maintained. Our truck is parked outdoors, unfortunately, and the paint had degraded over the last few years, but Jacob revived it, despite low paint meter readings in many areas. He expertly balanced not buffing too deeply while restoring the shine. This job took much longer than initially anticipated, yet Jacob took his time to deliver stellar results. We look forward to utilizing Jacob's services in the future for all of our vehicles. UPDATE: Jacob did a refresh on our 1998 Toyota T100, including the interior this time as we prepare to put it up for sale. Someone is going to have a great truck with low miles (less than 6000 per year, on average) and in fantastic condition with much thanks going to Jacob for another job well done.

1000000/10 recommend this buisness. just got my car detailed for the first time ever with jacob and after over a week, it is still holding up sooo good. i am so pleased, i have never seen my car so clean!! he was very professional and nice throughout the whole experience. i will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed! side note: he also fixed one of my rear seatbelts that i had been having trouble with for so long so i was very happy with that too lol.

I've had my car detailed several times by different companies in the Carlsbad area, and can confidently say that Jacob's work far exceeds any of my previous details. He handled the vinyl wrap with care and was still able to get some tree sap off that I was unable to do so myself. My rims looked absolutely immaculate after he meticulously cleaned every square nanometer of them. As for the interior, I have a husky who sheds a lot. He did a phenomenal job removing all of her hair. Perhaps most importantly, Jacob's rates are not only competitive with what I've paid in the past, but they were actually lower. Finally, Jacob himself is such a professional. He texted me the morning of our appointment to let me know there was rain in the forecast and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Will absolutely use Knox Detailing again and would without hesitation recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible exterior/interior detailing job. Thanks again, Jacob!

I wished I had taken before and after pictures, but all I can say is that the car has NEVER looked this good. What really impressed me is how much grime and brake dust he was able to remove from the wheels. Additionally, inside the car feels as fresh and new again. He has a magician's touch! I must also comment on Jacob's professionalism and courteousness, both of which were exceptional. He worked nonstop from the moment he arrived until the moment he left. Amazing work ethic which seems to be a rare thing these days. I have two other cars that I will scheduling for the Knox treatment very soon.

I highly recommend Jacob Knox, owner of Knox Detailing, if you are someone who has pride of ownership in their vehicle. Jacob detailed my 2000 323i BMW and it looks brand new. I have owned my car since it was new and it has never been to a car wash as I have always washed and detailed it myself and Jacob treated it with as much care as I do. When deciding to get my car cleaned by a mobile detailer I received 3 quotes and talked to the individuals who did the detailing. Knox was not the least expensive but after talking with Jacob and him sharing his knowledge of detailing I decided to give Knox the job. All I can say is "wow", I made the right choice. Jacob is absolutely awesome. He is so meticulous and his attention to detail is unparalleled. His work far exceeded my expectations and my 3 year old Lexus looked better than when I drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend Knox (Jacob) to anyone requiring a detail or even a car wash, you will not be disappointed.
