This shell is amazing, I love this place because the owner took the time to order special flavored cigars I smoke, not everywhere will do that, also they have a amazing selection of craft beers, again they will order what you want and keep in stock, check out yourself you won't regret

*warning*warning*warning*warning* Do you enjoy condescending, obnoxious, & generally unfriendly behavior 1st thing in the morning by a curmodeony old man with a bad attitude? I sure as heck don't! This is not a good face for the local Shell station, or the Risser Oil company.. Apparently, he's a manager (totally whacky), so don't bother complaining in-house. I'm guessing the morning shift is not his best hour, as I dont think he's quite yet worked his way through the hangover.. After an hour, waiting for my bank to open (card issue, small bank offline, as I cordially explained), at 8am sharp, as I waited in the filthy dirty tv/cafeteria area, after being "watched" & sarcastically being asked if "he could help me", I was sarcastically asked if my bank had opened yet, and then was asked to leave. Only then, in spite of my good nature, did I let him have it. I watched as he berated a few more customers, noticed the other bad comments here, and left. There are plenty of other gas stations locally that would be overjoyed to have you as their customer. Go there.. Update.. Upper management reduced this to nothing.. Guess its me :(

Manik is extremely rude. Argued with me because I needed quarters for the tire air pump at HIS gas station. Like I am literally buying your products at your buisness, I don’t understand.

I waited in line for 20+ minutes for a car wash to find out that the machine does not take 20s, debit cards, or give change. It is at this point that I went to a gas pump, got 7 dollars in gas that I did not need to purchase a car wash. I did not want to go in as I had little kids in the car. Well that was the second failed attempt as the gas pump was unable to print my receipt and I had to get all the kids out and go into the store to get it as it has the car wash code on it, just to get back in line for another 20 minute wsit. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

I visited is Shell gas Station 4/11/2020. Standing in line to pay for gas. They had Clorox wipes out at the counter... No Price or anything on the wipes..... I was under the impression that the wipes was out for the customer due to the COVID-19. So I took one wipe, went to pump my gas I was called into the store. The Cashier told me because I took one wipe I need to Pay $ 10 for a container of Clorox Wipes count /32 wipes. I said if I don't Pay he would call the police on me... I paid the $10 and let him know that it was price Gauging. I left the wipes there in the store...... NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Manager of station very rude and unprofessional. When I explain I was having problems using my rewards card she told me to learn how to read rather than help. Then she used words that belong in an alley not a business.

The lady at the register today Jan 6th at approximately 3:30pm was sooooo awesome and hilarious! Helped me pick out a great craft beer. This one will be a first for me. Can't wait to try it! Thank you Rhana! (Not sure I spelt her name right)

Stay away from this station unless you want your vehicle ruined. I was using this station for a while when my brand new Jeep starting having issues. The dealership looked into everything and found there was an issue with the fuel and particles throughout the tank from wherever I was getting gas from. When I mentioned this to others, I was told by someone with insider knowledge in the field that the tanks at this station were extremely old and when they were last changed out, they kept the previous corroded piping, causing issues with any fuel that was run through there. How they are getting away with this is beyond me, but I would steer clear.

Lady that was working there today is extremely unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. This location is also notorious for skimming credit cards. Beware if you’re paying at the pump. Drive down the street to a better location!

Anybody who reads reviews that I've posted knows that I don't just post a review the second I leave an establishment. This place has absolutely zero training for good customer service skills. Tree out of four employees are downright rude every single time I go in to somebody in front or behind me or to me. Do not expect any type of decent honest friendly service You will be paying for what you get and you will be leaving without a smile on your face. It's actually a little worse than I'm describing believe it or not.

I got $40 in gas & told the cashier that I wanted the $9 car wash. He informed me that it was "cheap and not worth the money', so I should get the $14 car wash, which I did. After the wash, half of my trunk on my Honda Accord was still covered in dirt. You could see where the wipers on one side do not work. There were several people in line behind me so I made it a point to come back the next day (Wed., 4.24.24) to ask for help. All the cashier would do is laugh and tell me that it sometimes doesn't work right and that I could pay for another car wash! Are you kidding me? First, they disparage their own services calling it cheap, and then when the "premium" services don't work, they find it humorous and tell you to pay again. I kept asking the guy, "why are you laughing" and his response was "I'm supposed to smile at the customer". Funny thing was, I was the only customer he smiled at. These guys hate their job and they wear it on their sleeve.

Air pump machine is broken - literally sucked more air out of my tire according to my tire gauge down from 30 to 22 psi - and they would not refund the $2 charge for air.

On Tuesday April 4th: They are Scammers beware using your debit or credit card at the pumps it didn’t print out my receipt and I got gas in a car wash went in to get the receipt so I can get the car wash. They said they couldn’t find it in there but in my bank account it said they took it out and they wouldn’t give me the car wash told me to prove it Be careful. Shell service station go back to me about this gave me a link to get a hold of them to tell them what was wrong and the link goes right to an error. This place is a scam. That’s all it scam scam scam I will never ever go there again.

Do not go here after hours. although it says it's open, it's actually not. They'll even let you put your card in and select the gas but when you go to pump, no gas comes out. I chose this station because I was almost out of gas. Thankfully I had enough to get to a different station. Absolutely ridiculous.

The most expensive car wash was $14. It did a pretty good job cleaning my van. The van had been parked under a live oak for a couple months and that dirt/dust/pollen sticks on like cement. I wasn’t able to get a receipt without going inside. Overall it was a good result. I didn’t go inside or get gas while I was there.

I was charged twice well more then that 4gallons of gas cost $70 they claim it is because I used a credit card.. the receipt in the video shows its a debit card. This place is not legit... as u see i was verbally accosted in the video and the store owner allowed it.
