The manager Bert is very rude, and went out of his way to not help you understand there point system. Rewards says if you buy one 20oz bottle or Mtn Dew it's 3 cents off. Talk to Bert its buy two 20oz bottles, and he'll wait until after your purchase to tell you have to buy it separate, to get the combined 8 cents of a gallon. This is going to corporate!

I rarely stop here. Not really impressed, prices on drinks and snacks seemed a little high. Never stop for gas as I use other stores. Again don't know how this got put on my reviews. Was probably visiting someone at the complex next door....Place always seems busy though

Don't waste your time and money on their car wash. Just tried it again for the 2nd time and it doesn't apply soap (this was the Super Dog which is supposed to) and did another very poor job of cleaning my car. Very disappointed.

Small, but convenient on a traffic light corner. Not much of a convenience store but a quick small gas station for basic drink selections and chips. If you are looking for a bigger food selection then head to a supermarket or loaf n jug

I just went in here today to try and buy cigarettes and I was told because my husband who is 32 years old and didnt have his ID I could not buy. Now I have my license to sell alcohol and cigarettes and know that this person can not do that. As well as My husband was just in there yesterday 11-28-18 around the same time between 7:45 to 8:00 and today of 11-29-2018 and this person sold them to him.So for him to deny me service is completely ridiculous as having taking my test "I" can buy for my husband. I will never come back to this location as me and my husband have been on video many times buying the same thing from the same person. NEED BETTER STAFF!!

The old man that is a cashier here was so unbelievably rude to my mother. He needs to be fired. My mom brought her stuff up to purchase and he genuinely said “I don’t have time for this”. THAT IS YOUR JOB.

Nov. 4, 2023 5:45 PM Tried to buy a power ball ticket, Clerk was very rude, tried to tell me what I had to do so he didn't have to help me. He didn't want to put my numbers in manually. No long line. I told him I wasn't going to do it. He told me to go somewhere else and I did!

I just went into this store and the cashier was lazy and rude. When I got there she was hanging on the door with it open and was yelling at or towards 2 men in a car that was parked right in front. She also closed the door on me right before I walked in. When I went to buy my items she was so rude and short with me that I decided not to get what I came for. I told her that she was being rude to me for no reason and she replied with a so and if you don't like it then don't come back. That is some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced and needs to either get reprimanded or fired because that person needs a major attitude adjustment. I will never go back there and make sure to tell everyone I know about that rude person!!!!!!

As mentioned previously, don't waste your money on the carwash. I have been through the wash a couple of times previously without any issues and thought it did a decent job. However, I tried today and no soap came out and there was hardly in pressure. It didn't even look like my vehicle had been washed when I exited. Asked the clerk for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one because I went through the wash. Waste of $15 for me but hopefully no one else falls for it.

It says that it is open 24 hours on here but on the store window it's closed from 11:30 to 5:30. They need to make up their minds. I like the fact that I save money on cigarettes by using my rewards card. The employees are always nice.

I was coming in to put gas and the oil thing had flipped when I was driving through and the employee came and screaming at me saying I was driving too fast when I wasn’t I thought it was very rude for him to scream at me when I didn’t know the oil lid was going to come out when. I was driving on it.

I had to make an emergency bathroom stop here this summer. I was headed to the Pueblo Reservoir for paddle boarding when suddenly my stomach let me know I wasn't okay and I had minutes to find a bathroom. I was cramped so badly I had sweat running off me and shaking from the intensity. Seconds felt like hours. There was NO way I was going to make it to the reservoir so I pulled into this gas station last minute. Rash guard, swim bottoms and flip flops on I HAULED it to the bathroom to find it was locked. I don't know if it was the way I sprinted to the bathroom or all the sweat and shaking but the sweet clerk behind the counter quickly handed me the key to the bathroom. Bathroom was very clean before and after, had soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. I thanked her afterwards and told her she saved my day. I wouldn't have made it to my paddle board reservation if I had gotten sick in my car. Whoever was working that morning saved my car seats! Thank you for letting me (and other customers) use this bathroom and not giving me issues about it.

Just went through their carwash and had to pay $20. Did not even get to choose what kind of wash I wanted. Plus, it did not even wash my car . Still have dirt everywhere on my car. What a waste of $20. I will never use there carwash again.

The old Man at the register is extremely rude The place doesn’t even close until 11 but he turned off the pumps at 10 o’clock at night. So now I have to go all the way over to another gas station down the road to get gas. He is so unbelievably rude. It’s not even funny. You’re better off finding a different gas station.

My experience was absolutely terrible with the shell on bonforte in Pueblo Co 81001. I went in to buy a lighter with two workers and two open registers one gentleman stood doing nothing chewing on a donut like a cow chewing on cud. When I did get service I asked for a lighter. He said I couldn't buy one with a digital ID. I asked if it was a personal policy or company policy. Was told that it was the stores policy. When I asked why there wasn't a sign stating that store policy I was informed that a sign wasn't needed that he is the sign... He was very unprofessional about his explanation in tone verbage and attitude. Gave very minimal information before telling me to leave and threatening to call police when he was questioned about policy if I could give a 0 star review I would though I am only able to give 1 to post this😕 I'm very disappointed in this store because of their workers attitude towards customer relations
