This was a very convenient place to get gasoline and use your Kroger discount, but I found out they are no longer owned by or honoring the Kroger discount for gasoline. Too many customers inside not wearing masks.

The employee kay has to scan old people's driver license before giving them their cigarettes or loto tickets holds up the line and she knows they are obviously over 30 she wont get the products until she scans it

Kay was checking me out, she rang up my 32oz refill as a 44oz new soda. I told her 3 times politely it was wrong, an didn't give me my recite n said their out of paper for the register. She completely ignored me an was talking to the other cashier. Also, the fountain sodas tasted as if they were all mixed together. Very disrespectful, rude, and incoherent/delirium staff.

I walked in to buy a fountain drink I was walking around the back to see the snacks and I walked to the cashier and bought my fountain drink and she accused me of stealing some pretzels and at the time I took of my jacket before I got into the store I had my shirt cover my belt so my belt was poking into my shirt and she kicked me out of the store and she said don't come back.

I went through the car wash and my car was still dirty. The car wash wasn't working properly and I paid for the most expensive wash in order to get it clean. I was very disappointed

Always quick place for coffee, deli or snacks and drinks. Lately the soft drink fountain has been out of order. Hope you fix it soon. Best prices around on gasoline

It's just a monopolied convenient store with high over price food that people with no transportation and usually are on a low fixed income are forced to go to in order to get food without having to walk to many miles to do it. They purposely put their stores where low income people are most likely to stay or live and by nice places where they can monopolies people to by gas at their stores. It's like Walmart when it comes to going to a place you really don't want to support by buying thier products But you really have no choice But the prices are high robbery - so you usually feel worse about yourself after you done bought in to being a victim of the place But you really have no real other choice!!!!!

Since the buy out store quality has been on a steady decline. You can buy cold beer in six packs but not soda. Ive been going to this location daily. Believe I miss placed my wallet in another city the manager can tell you which brand I smoke but wouldn't sell with out I'd(still had cash). To put it simply I'll go out of my way from now on for my convience store needs maybe I'll give alta a try

Probably the best loaf n jug in town :) they don't sell top twir gas but the people here are top teir and they do cash back! Which some gas stations don't for some reason.

Customer service late night is terrible. Just stopped in & was met by a nervous & anxious female clerk that couldn't wait to get me out of the door. Have also stopped by around the same time recently with the same employee working only to have the door be locked when I arrived. Hopefully someone reads this & corrects the situation. Update 2019: The store has made a major turnaround in past months. Better employees, less waiting & more product out on the floor. The store is also noticeably cleaner.

The amount of times I come to get gas here and the pumps won’t take payments is unacceptable.. It’s 2024, if you can’t maintain your gas stations next time, don’t buy them. Loaf n jugs have gone waaaaay downhill after they sold. I’m glad competition is finally coming to town.

I've been a loyal customer since I first arrived out west in 2019. Keeping the same gas in your car is better for the car. All the Loaf 'N Jugs I've ever been to have had clean floors and bathrooms, the soda fountain counters are well stocked and the hot food ready and rolling. Great place to stop on travels too.

Me and my friend were sitting in my car chatting and when we finally decided to go in around 1;45 the guy at the counter, wearing headphones, yells at us that we gotta go? I’m so confused as to why and if he was assuming we were gonna steal, this is very bad customer service and shouldn’t be assuming anything of anyone as I was wearing a hoodie and shorts and my friend was only wearing pajamas and after we left he constantly looks us down

I love this loaf n jug. The staff is great, clean bathrooms, organized store, cooler stocked, dellie fresh, fountain drinks taste good, floors are clean and shiny, never been overcharged here, parking lot is clean and no cracks, sigh lighted and visible,plenty of parking with handicap parking, this loaf n jug has no oil stains outside or over spilled gas. What a wonderful clean gas station to get diesel fuel at. Plenty of room for my truck and trailer to navigate to and from the pumps and back on our way. Super cherful and plesant ladies working inside. Coffee was fresh and piping hot with several flavors to choose from!!!
