Terrible service here. I’ve run thru the car wash here multiple times before. For whatever reason the wash started and didn’t move my car along. When I told the guy working that I needed another run through he was incredibly rude. No personable customer service skills whatsoever. He even went as far to insinuate I lied about the whole situation and paying. Bad attitude the whole time. I won’t ever wash my car here again.

This is a convenient location to pick up gas on the way to Somerville, and not busy on a Saturday morning at 9:15am. The pump I used worked well.

Really abominable treatment by the attendant on duty at this car wash on a Sunday morning. I am a pleasant person who was struggling with their broken car wash automatic paystation. The staff accused me of trying to cheat the machine (it's pretty simply to go check for yourself and see that it's not functioning!) and then refused to give me his name when I asked. I will definitely not return here.

Wasn't able to find this anywhere online, but regarding their air pump: It's $1 for 4 minutes of air time (which should be plenty of time). Unfortunately their machine does not take credit card, so you will require either coin or cash bills. At the time of my visit, the coin slot was jammed, so you had to use the cash slot. The machine does not provide change, so you will require exact amounts. I did not have a great experience using the machine otherwise. It did alright with some of the wheels, but the other two it gave an "error" message and actually seemed to deflate the wheel. I ended up driving to the other shell on Cambridge street with a more modern air pump, with which I had no issue. Filling gas was straight forward. I did not try the car wash.

Splurge only $6 dollars more for a worthy car wash! A guy recommended it and my car shined for weeks. It got rid of all the salt and dirt from the snow storm. You can save some money on Wednesday’s for the car wash if you get gas.

I went in there this afternoon to make a purchase. After I asked the gentleman to ring me up, I realize that I wanted something else instead; all of sudden this gentleman proceeded to call me, “buddy and said I’m doing everything wrong!” in a nasty and aggressive attitude. Totally random. Extremely unprofessional. He shouldn’t be taking his issues out at customers like that.

Yesterday I paid for an automated carwash. The machine said it was paid but it didn’t start. I tried calling the phone number for help. It was not in service. I got out and asked the gas station attendant (owner/manager) to help and he said I did it wrong. And that he’d be out to help. He eventually came out and again told me how I did it wrong and that he’d turn it on...if I smiled at him. I stated that I was under no obligation to smile at him, but as he had my money, he was obligated to put me through or refund me. To which he said “just smile”. I refused. He said to just drive through and get out. No car wash. And he walked away. No refund. No service. No idea if I could reverse or go forward without damaging my tires. I called the local police for assistance. I was quite shaken at this point and unsure if my car was somehow locked in. They were very helpful. Apparently they know him well as he is notorious for bad service and bad behavior. He would not budge even for them. So I’m left to contest the charge with the credit card company and file a harassment complaint. They helped me reverse out safely.

This place is NOT open 24 hours as listed. I came late at night based on the hours shown on Google Maps, but it was closed. Very frustrating and disappointing. Please update your hours to reflect the actual opening times.

This place is not open 24 hours. It's frustrating that it says it's open 24 hours so I came all the way here for nothing. I wish they would update with their correct hours.

STAY AWAY!!!! Stoped here for fuel and a break from driving. Upon entering the store has an instant foul odor of rodent urine. I processed to look for a road snack and notice rodent feces on every shelf as well as in the freezers. I mention it to the employee who then claims to be the owner and he goes bizzurk. Screaming in my face comes around the counter screaming and spitting aggressively. I leave the store I pump my fuel and proceed to get a car wash. Now it gets worse, the car wash made swirls and scratching down every panel of my vehicle. 1 week old vehicle. As I proceed to take photos for documentation the owner comes outside screaming again demanding I leave the property. Goes and gets in his car, pulls up behind me and lays in his horn for several minutes. I considering smashing some respect back into him although I decided to leave and let insurance take care of it.
