Just started raising their gas prices 3-4 cents during the morning commute. If you need to, get gas during the afternoon/evening, or go someplace else

It's Shell gas and a high volume store. Definitely a place for you if you have a high horsepower vehicle and need clean gas.

New credit card readers ....Impossible to use! Instructed to put card in, take out...msg says “use another card” ..What? When the card you have in a Shell credit card? Tried over again several times...then just left. Guess they don’t need the business.

Well when I come to a gas station the clerk should get up and come to register not stay seated and ask me what I want unexceptable I didn't even think the guy was a worker not a pleasant person at all Thursday night 730 will not return.

Half the pumps are out of order. The ones that work are slower than snot. Trash barrels are filled to the gills.

Heavy set guy behind the counter is very cold and rude, he has a face of hating the world , makes you uncomfortable , he will just stare at you and a straight up jerk! Used to go there often but now that he works there I’d rather much avoid it at all cost. Werido person lol

Very VERY rude staff. Will absolutely never go to this gas station ever again. The guy behind the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I walked up and didn’t say a single word except give dirty looks. And I even tried to say hi and be nice, and nothing. Absurd!

Covid 19 here masks are completley required and yes you are denied service by the employees for not having a mask, totally acceptable not unreasonable, though we forgot a mask they sent us away and denied service as this is the law right now. NONE of the employees working were wearing a mask! I understand the rules. We needed a mask to enter. No problem there. But they all should be wearing a mask as well completely unacceptable.

This used to be my go to gas station for gas, snacks and ciggs as it's the most convenient for my trip home from work. It can be a little tough to get back out, but its fine if you're patient. What isn't fine is that they recently installed those irritating gas pumps that constantly play advertisements while you fuel up and have no mute button. If you're giving me something for free I'll put up with that, but if I am PAYING full price for gas, that it absolutely unacceptable to me. I'll go a little bit out of my way and save a few cents per gallon going to Meijer or Quality.

Avoid this store if you have to go in. I was there 12/6/20 at 12:45p. Three employees did not have masks on. One gentleman employee had a mask just around his chin. The two female employees didn't have any masks at all and were walking around the store. All 3 saw me and made absolutely no attempt to cover their mouths/noses.

Spent 10+ minutes at the pump and it still didn't even fill my tank; What a joke. The amount of business I seen lost in that short span of time should be concerning, but after reading the recent reviews it doesn't surprise me. Do better.

Do not recommend. I was washing my car next-door at the DIY wash— Don’t recommend this either— And no warning light went on to prompt me to add quarters so I was short 2 quarters. I went into the Shell station Waited probably about 10 minutes because there was all sorts of malfunction issues and finally asked the man behind the counter if he could give me a couple of quarters in exchange for four dimes and two nickels. He just kept repeating, “We’re not in a bank ma’am. He also told me they’re not affiliated with the car wash.” get it but come on, do a girl a favor and shell out two quarters. When I finally walked up with a sucker for $.49, he had a smirk on his face. Maybe he thought it was funny. Maybe he was embarrassed. Whatever. I then went to get a full tank of gas elsewhere. I won’t be back.

Came in multiple times early morning, on my way to work and no one is working the store. Called out with no response. No one to run the register. Lights are on and no one’s home. Had to leave without gas and go to speedway
