The woman who frequently works the night shifts never allows me to use my Nouria rewards points when I try to buy products inside the store. It’s never an issue with any other staff member, and NEVER an issue at the Shell/Nouria in Oxford (which is just as close to my house). I’ll be frequenting the Oxford store more often going forward

I just stopped in to get gas & coffee at dunk's. I gave the attendant $25.00 for pump 7, while he was talking to the employee from the carwash there.Then went over to get my coffee. When I went to put in the gas, the attendant hadn't set the pump. I went in and ask to turn on pump 7. By the time I got back to my car it was on. I started pumping, then set the handle so I wouldn't have to just stand there. When I turned around the meter said $26.17, so I shut it off. I went inside to pay the extra $1.17. As I turned around he said to me, "it's 26," I didn't give him time to finish and told him I had already given him $25, and started walking out. That is when he told me I "didn't have to be a di.. head about it" I told him I wouldn't be a di.. head if he was paying attention to what he was doing. He then told me, now I was being a di.. head. I have been going to this station for over 20 years, and have never encountered being treated that way. This person has a lot to learn about customer service and respect. This is not the end of it for me.

Cheapest Shell in the area normally. Conveniently located on Rt 20 westbound at a traffic light, which helps the access. It's got a car wash and Dunkin, haven't used either though. Cashier informed me the vacums are free to use and are turned off at 8pm. On my most recent fill up I unknowingly dropped a warm hat here. I called and they put it aside for me until I could pick it up.

I had a fantastic experience at this Shell gas station. The location was easy to find, and the fuel pumps were modern and well-maintained, making it quick and efficient to fill up. The convenience store was stocked with a wide range of snacks, drinks, and travel essentials, and everything was clean and organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered excellent customer service, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The restrooms were spotless, which is always a huge plus during long drives. Overall, this Shell station provided a top-notch experience, and I’ll definitely stop here again whenever I’m in the area!
