Absolutely horrific service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Overpriced gas and completely rude teller. Unless you want screwed with for no reason, never go here

Station isn't in poor condition, but frequently charges at least 10 cents more than the local average Edit 7/28/2022- today for example, a lot of stations around Pittsburgh are charging between 4.39 and 4.59 now for gas, but this gouging station is still charging 4.80 a gallon.

Love the car wash, at a great price for the top level. But the station is hard to navigate around the pumps when it's busy while also trying to get to the entrance of the car wash.

Nice enough place, conveniently located. If you use a debit card at the pump on a weekend, expect to have $100 out of your account "on hold" until they get around to closing out the sales.

I love this Shell gas station on Ohio River Blvd in (Bellevue)Pittsburgh,PA. Their employees and manager there are the nicest people ever. They make you feel welcome and treat you like you are a part of their "Shell family". I stop there pretty much everyday to get a cappuccino,which they do not water down like some of the other gas stations do to their coffee. This Shell in Bellevue on Ohio River Blvd. is the BEST gas station ever 💛! Stop in and see for yourself.

I don't ever pist on gas stations however I've been coming here for years and u seriously feel like family we know all of the staff wonderful people Shelly that lady is amazing she bust her but she is always friendly funny just amazing to deal with I'm here like 4 times a day if I'm on e I go to the gas station by my job put ten bucks in then stop at shell and fill up .just because I enjoy whoever is working at whatever time of the day ...great job to everyone at SHELL we love you guys!!!!

Higger gas prices and place a hold of 175 dollars on a credit card when you get fuel. This hold lasted days. I had never seen a gas station put a hold that didn't come off right away. This place is not very clean, and let's just say the customer service lacks in professionalism.

Don't use any other gas station if I can help it. Love the employees to a person. They feel like family. Also, they keep the whole place so clean!! I've even seen them cleaning off the water packs stored outside the store. Very impressive.

Their workers are very friendly, and prices seem to be less expensive than 7-11 or other gas stations in the area. They usually always have my ZYN flavor and MG when I stop there. Most places I go to usually never have it. They usually have deals on candy and snacks as well. One of the places with the more friendly workers out of other places in the surrounding area. They also have a car wash on site, which is convenient if you don't want to wash your car yourself or spend a lot going to get your car cleaned professionally. I never get gas here as it seems to be on the higher side than the ones closer to where I live. It's probably because it's the last one (going towards downtown) for a while and can charge a little extra because of that reason.
