I always come to this wash. The membership is low and the vacuums are high powdered. I pulled in early today, went through the wash, and pulled into the lot to finish the cleaning. I took a call during this time so after I pulled in I planned to complete my conversation before getting out. Alvin approached my vehicle with 2 rags and started drying the car for me. I was so appreciative because it was an exceptional gesture and cut my time down. When I completed my call I thanked him. He was so kind but honestly he always is. He’s who sold me my membership. He wasn’t too pushy about it but just smooth and informative on my options. Great experience per usual. Thank you again Alvin. I have to add to my review today for another great experience. Rich approached me and asked if I wanted my mats washed. I did. And he did them while I worked on my interior. This was so convenient and put my time down for getting this task done. Thank you Rich! As always you guys are awesome.

I came to this specific car wash in my Audi RS7 for a car wash, and my whole tires got scratched and greasy. My brakes started giving errors. I spoke to them, and they said it might be something else. I took my car to the dealership, and they said the tire shine was of low quality and didn't align properly, causing it to spray on sensors instead of tires. They had to replace the entire brake system. After the dealership fixed it, I went to another car wash, and my car came out perfectly clean. The next day, I went to the Monroeville location and spoke to the manager about the previous incident. He suggested trying again, thinking there might be an issue with their machine. However, when they washed my car again, it came out with the same oil and grease, and my brakes jammed. I have videos, pictures, and statements from the staff as evidence. They directed me to their claim department, which mentioned an issue with car height or wheel size, and they needed to upgrade their machine. For a whole month, the district manager wasted my time, and I paid them a significant amount last time (12k). This time, they still didn't help me. I want to make a humble request: please avoid taking your expensive cars there; they are a bunch of clowns and cheap. They caused significant damage to my car, and I'm considering taking legal action and sharing my experience on all social media platforms.

I wanted to highlight an employee at Monroeville Modwash on William Penn Highway, Mitch. I locked my phone and keys in my car and Mitch was my hero in my hour of need! We need more people like Mitch! I will specifically refer my friends to this Modwash location because of how kind Mitch was to me! Please give this man a raise

Phenomenal! This car wash stands out for so many reasons. You get so much more than just a wash. You get soft towels, windshield wash, vacuum cleaners, and car freshener as added bonuses. All the workers are so helpful always and go out of his way to make your experience worthwhile and make you want to return to get your vehicle washed over and over again. They get a solid 5 star from me. They're constantly upgrading and adding new features to their washers.

Place is sketchy they tried getting me a membership guy rushed everything. Stop them before anything went thru bought a 1 time 26 dollar so I can get a undercarriage wash only to get home a see that wasn't the case.

SCAM PLEASE BEWARE- They signed me up for a membership when all I wanted was a single wash. They continued to charge me for a membership even thought I never signed up for one. They would not refund me for the membership I did not sign up for. Will be reporting this to the better business bureau and disputing on my credit card. Nowhere at all did it say I was being signed up for a membership.

Scam/Fraud alert! Please be very careful at this location! If you google this issue, it is a VERY common complaint/SCAM! We had our car washed one time, and were signed up for a monthly membership without consent - Our card was charged $32.09 inconspicuously with no mention of Modwash on the charge. It took us a long time to figure it out, and the business is completely unwilling to provide any solutions or customer service at all - no refund, free car washes in the future, or even a response to our many calls/emails! This speaks to the entire Modwash Brand and certainly be careful at the Wilkins Township PA location!!!!!

Service was always fine. HOWEVER, if you ever want to cancel your membership, good luck. Took almost a year and several credit card disputes. The process to cancel requires an email. My account was never cancelled. The process required a few more emails and a phone call. I'm still not sure I won't see another credit card charge next month.

What a great car wash. Derek was outside waiting to greet us. He was very helpful in choosing a wash package. The whole crew tonight were great. Derek, geno, and I think tony.. they all went above the normal customer service level. Come wash here. You won't regret it. Ps. The vaccines work great. Also really like the spray and rags to wipe down the inside. Thanks guys!
