Watch out for the car wash! The price vs. quality was painfully terrible. The "brushes" are rubber and they look like they've been beaten like a redheaded stepchild. I would worry about scratches. I take the work van through there but never my car.

Nice help. Very clean store and gas pump area. All window washing tubs were full and had window squeegees. Got my car washed here and at the end when it was drying off with the blowers, the machine went over my car and dripped water ALL over it. Was disappointed.

I hate getting gas here. It's always crazy and stressful. Yesterday, I pulled behind a big truck parked between 2 pumps. They weren't getting gas but no one else could either. At first, I thought maybe the pumps didn't work. But, no. This person blocked them so they could go inside and play the lotto for 20 mins. The only thing worse than this place would be if it wasn't there at all. Where else can one get gas in Shadyside?

Honestly surprised by the comments of friendly staff.. I work in the service industry so I understand customer service and I’m polite and patient. Anytime I have to walk inside the shell It’s like I’m the issue. The staff doesn’t wear face masks. I have come here a few time to cash in scratch offs and the staff was extremely rude talking about me and wondering why I was just standing there and told me to go to the back to have them checked when I already knew how much they were worth. Watched me wait there to have my scratch offs cashed in. After waiting 10-15 min they never even helped me.. so I decided to take my business else where. I just went yesterday and was given attitude. The women looked like she was doing something so I was waiting for when she was ready, and she’s like uhm hello and rolling her eyes like what do you want. I just said well I was waiting for you to be ready and proceeded with what I needed. Honestly if I didn’t get the fuel perks i would just stick with get go.

Great prices and a nice location that has plenty to offer. Only thing is is that it's difficult to get to due to Pittsburgh traffic patterns. If you're heading west-bound on Baum you'll be fine, if you're heading east-bound, you may have to loop around. Consistently at least 10c cheaper (per gallon) than other gas stations!

I really hope the 2 People on 7/15 Saturday evening shift are being paid nothing. Before 10:45PM they locked the doors as me and my significant other were trying to get in for drinks and medicine before work at 11PM. The 2 irresponsible employees looked and laughed tag us. Finally at 10:55PM they put a sign up saying the doors lock between 11-5:30. It was NOT 11:00!! They knew we needed to get in. This is completely unacceptable. My work has high traffic and always have always recommended people to go to your gas station, but this made me deeply regret sending people to your guys store If this could be their experience. Disgusting!

Fine as a gas station, but the attached car wash is less than great. I drive a small hatchback and have used the car wash twice. Both times the wash did not even wet my entire car and I pulled out of the wash at the close of the service with suds still at the top of my windshield. I would advise against the car wash if you drive a small car.

I had a very good experience at this shell gas station. I like that it is centrally located. It’s near a lot of other businesses and is very easy to get to. Fuel pump was very easy to use. It would be nice if they had a touchless payment system such as Apple Pay or another scanning system. However I was able to use my credit card at the pump without a problem. The fuel prices here seem about average compared to the rest of the city

Shell gas is simply the best and produces the best performance and mileage especially if you use V-Power! This Shell station in particular is always well lit, clean, stocked, has a good selection and friendly efficient employees. The real star of this station though, is the automatic car wash!!! It’s very thorough and does a pretty damn good job and seems to be a bit more gentle then some other touch washes, the prices are right on par with all the competition but it uses a generous amount of soaps, polishes and waxes, has an effective rinse and spot free rinse, then an also effective dryer system that does 4-5 passes before shutting off. The whole time it looks like a disco or night club because of all the lights which really does make it fun! It’s my “go-to” car wash!

The car wash and location are convenient, especially since it's mid block and not right at a complicated intersection, but the past three time I've tried to stop there i got vapor locked trying to fill the car and couldn't get more than a gallon or two at a time. This doesn't happen at other, nearby stations, so it's an issue w/ the pumps (different ones every time), not the car. yesterday I had to reset the pump around 5 times to get a gallon.

Im not sure her name, but the woman who works the overnight shift is one of the most pleasant people there or any establishment similar to this spot. She's cheerful, polite, funny. I got back there overnight specifically because there's never any problems or issues. If I'm being completely honest, I want to take her out for a few drinks. I know she'd be fun. If she sees this....just saying!😉

I don't even know what to say. I'm shocked. Because I always filled up my car for a maximum of $60 (14-16 gallons). But as you can see today it wasn't like that. And there were several gallons of gas in the tank. My car is a 2023 Toyota Highlander. I filled up my car with 18 gallons for the first time. In short, I won't go there anymore. I hope this review helps someone!!!

While filling the cigarette shelf, the station attendant cursed me because I asked for a pack of cigarettes. He thought he didn't speak English, but there was something he didn't know. I understood the curse you made and I knew English. I will complain here. He didn't need to be racist
