The women restroom has been out of order for at least 6 months they asked ladies to use men's bathroom I really believe that the ladies that work at the station don't want anybody to use the bathroom,

Prices are fair. Fuel perks are great when combined with Winn Dixie fuel fuel rewards. Has a car wash. Restroom is clean. Tricky getting in with road construction on Flagler street

Very bad service got to the register to and this blond lady wouldnt stop talking on the phone i told her that i needed her help and shes telling oh ok tell me but wouldnt let go of the phone... From the moment i enter ahe was on the phone.. With some friend talking about gifts them with the maneger on the phone then her friend again.. Ithink shes there to work and give good coustomer servoce... Very poor...

Do not use car wash. Paid for the service ahead of time and the machine never turned on after waiting in line for 25 minutes. Clerk refused to give me another code or refund.

The car wash, Max's is horrible. No soap at all and waited 45 minutes. You can tell Max doesn't check on the soap levels of his car wash to ensure its working properly for what he charges. Never will return to this Shell Gas Station again. 2701 W. Flagler St.

When I exited the car wash there was what looked like soap all over the back of the car. When I got home and got down to wash it off I realized in some areas it has left some dark spot underneath where soap was. Horrible! Worst part is it wasn't even that dirty to begin with!

Don’t buy food , chocolate, candy ect. Every time I go the food or chocolate taste old or weird , I’ve given it several chance because I thought it was not my day but the third time it was Hersey bar with no peanut it looked like it was melted had a bunch of bubbles.. taste old.. the fact I saw a review here of water being on the gas I AM NOT SURPRISE AND TRULY BELIEVE IT . The owner clearly is cheap and yes the womens there are slow.

OWNER IS A TERRIBLE PERSON!!! I’ve never written a bad review on anything, but an older man was trying to push his car towards the pump in this gas station since he’d ran out of gas and I went inside to ask the owner for help and I waited 5min and he never came outside to help. Me and another two women had to help him push on our own. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS GAS STATION AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD. IF JES MAKING MONEY OUT OF PEOPLES NEED FOR GAS HE SHOULD BE THANKFUL AND HELP THEM OUT. SPECIALLY AN OLDER PERSON.

I’ve been coming to this gas station for about 2 years now since moving to the area, they never have paper receipts at the pump, you always have to go inside to get the receipt. Very annoying

Purchased car wash for 2.99 which I’ve done before. Car in front completes their wash and exits. Lights went off on the green red and screen says out of service. Went inside to tell attendant and she walks out with me and the car wash is running. My code says invalid now. Attendant says “oh well”. I’ll never come here again and suggest no one uses this car wash or station again. It’s 2.99, but lack of customer service is appalling. “Oh well”

What a S***** show. We go in to get a car wash. We get the code from the receipt. The last digit was an 8 , but really it was a 0. Numbers were not visible. We go back around to get the car washed . The car in front of us couldn’t get her car washed because the sensor was broken. She had to go around to get the attendant to fix it. Not to mention the line was so long for the wait. 40 minutes later we’re leaving the car wash. Don’t waste your time. Shell do BETTER!

DO NOT USE CARWASH HERE! The machine doesn't work but they will not return your money. I told them my car was NOT washed as it should be and they will just smile at me and tell me the machine was fixed, like I had no idea what I was saying. And it wasn't the first time that happened to me! I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

They are forcing the customers to use their credit card outside the store where the system might be compromised due to credit card information thieves. Inside the store they want you to use the card as debit to get your pin number. If I could I would give a zero star.
