Typical gas station in all honesty. It's pretty clean. Only issue is when certain people are working they close the store AND PUMPS for a few hours while they do inventory/count registers/shift change. Ive only seen this happen during night hours though. Keep that in mind.

Not bad at all. I come here every day before I go to work and get some coffee and juice. They have a decent selection of coffees. Some hot, for winter, some cold for summer. The staff keep everything stocked and is very friendly.

The gentleman that works here in the morning is always so positive and upbeat. My husband and I love coming to this station cause of his vibe. Congrats on the new baby! Thanks for bringing a smile to our faces when we walk in.

Been here 4x this week after work for my daily drive home coffee. 3x there is no coffee in the machine. We have brought this up and the guy just looks at us and continues to talk on his phone. I miss the friendly clerk that was always here and the manager at the time.

Nice well kept gas station. I find the cashiers friendly and the entire place including the restrooms are kept up and always clean. Traffic flow in a nd out of the pumps is good. Other stations nearby seem to get chaotic but this location has a reasonable flow to it.

I have used this gas station every day for about 3 years. For some reason this new manager either does not like me or this job is too much for him. It is the most uncomfortable place to go to purchase anything. However the weekend staff is wonderful. It hurts me to hear the manager say he needs good employese. I wish the owner would either provide manager training or hire a more qualified manager. I spend so much money there each day I guess I would love to be appreciated as a good customer.

Been here three times in the last three weeks. The drinks are never stocked. I've walked in and then out. There is only soda and beer. No Gatorade, energy drinks, tea, or coffee. Either they don't know how to properly stock shelves or how to order back stock properly.

Went after 9pm. Lot super well lit. Price of gas was .52 less than I had paid the previous day at a station less than 50 miles away. And the gas pump gave me my receipt- yeah:) Used the restroom which was very clean and stocked with toilet paper and soap. So glad I chose this station.

Their pumps are never on anymore and when they are it is hit and miss if they actually work. If they're open 24 hours it is only their convenience store and not their pumps. Their energy drinks are ever stocked and it is just of waste of time trying to get anything there.

The guy behind the counter didn't even speak english beyond just repeatedly saying "no" or "which one?" And offered no real help when I asked several times and in several ways for him to refil the soap dispenser so I could wash my hands after using the restroom. He just checked a couple cabinets and then just said "no, sorry." Repeatedly, which would've been alright if it wasn't for the fact he said that to me a dozen times, most of which were when he didn't even really know what I was asking of him. I would've gotten gas and food here for my lunch break, but I don't want to give my business to a place whose employee is so dismissive and unhelpful.

Creepy bathroom sign saying to leave the door open. I'm sure this is meant not while being used. These signs are clearly someone trying to control a situation that should not be controlled. These signs need to go away.

This used to be my go-to gas station. I'll be avoiding this shop from now on for a few reason. Nothing I buy is ever in stock. The coffee is usually empty and they won't let me use my own cup anymore. The man behind the counter makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience, especially when it comes to entering my rewards and using product discounts. I'm bummed this isn't even a decent place shop anymore. I'll go out of my way just for a friendly smile.

This little homie has been providing me with company and entertainment for several years now while I fill up on gas. He's here no matter the weather. I call him Ricky the Roach and you can come by and dap him up at Pump-9.

Nice place, the middle aged man usaully working is very polite and nice to talk to. Makes a big difference to me considering the 7-11 in opposite direction is so rude and actually difficult to deal with. Great job!

So grateful for kindness! Limping and hobbling to get to the restroom, I was chagrined to find a sign that I needed a key. I turned back, and was relieved to see the clerk quickly coming to my rescue! So appreciated!!

I like Shell because I like the cashier I see. He is the friendliest person. I really enjoy getting to say hello. I also love that they almost always have Amp Energy Drinks. They're hard to find these days!

Never thought I would write a review on a gas station. Holy wow do not stop here. Half stocked drinks and shelves and whoever they have working in the morning is literally incapable of doing his job. He couldnt work the register and literally gave up trying even while I was explaing the 3 buttons he needed to actually ring me out. Like, it a gas station. You have 1 fairly easy job. You arent a waiter.

⭐ One Star Stopped in because the sign advertised $2.79/gallon — way cheaper than other stations nearby. I selected regular unleaded, but the pump charged me for V-Power premium instead, costing me about $12 extra. This is a newer looking, clean station in a higher-end part of town, which makes it feel very intentional — bait customers in with low prices, then quietly charge for premium gas they didn’t select. I was too wiped out from a medical appointment to argue at the time, but I won’t be back. Others beware — check your receipt.
