I really like this car wash and never had an issue until yesterday I got to the car wash changed a 10 dollar bill into quarters and none of the bays are accepting coins so i used my debit card the machine was being difficult and finally started the wash when I get home check my bank statements i see I was charged 10 dollars for the transaction when i thought the car wash was 2 dollars ???

Will charge your card and fail to turn on. Maybe skimming numbers too. Awful

I'll update my review once this is taken care of Went to get my car washed really quick I turned it to stop and I looked a day later at my bank account and I was charged over 18 bucks I called left a voice mail days later someone called me back and said I could be either refunded or get free washes and he would call me back I never heard anything back after that phone call

The timer moves faster than actual seconds, and after I put additional quarters in the timer just stopped. I had to start over for $2. Also, the card reader doesn’t work.

Clean, will maintained and when issue came up with the coin op system the person on allowed me to wash my car without issue. And they use actual American currency instead of those tokens that are only good at one location. This way is my preference.

This is my fav car wash. I like the self service and the staff is nice. One of the machines wasn't working, and the guy working there gave me a gold dollar for my troubles, even though I didn't lose any money in the machine. Great, simple, affordable, reliable car wash

***Update*** The owner reached out to me to get me the refund. Unfortunately I was informed due to mechanical issues they are going to be removing their automatic wash. If you're looking for an automatic wash you'll have to go somewhere else. Tried to use the auto wash. The machine never turned on after I paid and pulled into the bay. After waiting for several min the system reset and asked for more money. When I called the number listed to get a refund I left several messages and no one returned my calls.

Their chemicals work well machinery work well, and it's well lit at night. My only complaint is that there is a lot of sand in the bays, and make sure that if you use the soap brush to properly clean it before using. I also wound up tracking sand in to my car due to all the contractors and people offroading washing their cars at this location. When the bays arn't full of sand. It's not a bad car wash.

Don't make the same mistake I did by not spraying down the foam brush. It ruined my paint job on my door - deep scratches thru the clear coat and paint. Wonderful experience!

With two brand new apartment complexes only 20 feet away, this place needs to modify their hours of operation. You have idiots washing and vacuuming their cars between 11pm and 4am. The city's noise ordinance does not allow noise between 10pm and 6am. Figured I'd leave a review before filing a formal complaint with the city. The idiocracy and the lack of common decency from both the owner and those who have nothing better to do than to wash your car in the middle of the night is ridiculous.

Got charged double for a car wash, spent $22.00 and they charged me twice. Tried calling but got no answer. Update: owner contacted me and gave me a $22.50 credit, friendly and understanding. Overall carwash is well kept, as I was washing my car a worker/owner pulled up and clean all car wash bays and made sure it was working.

Put in a $5 bill and only got $3 dollar coins in return, I dont know if this happens frequently but $2 is still money. They dont have any number to call only to text. First time using this car wash and will be the last. I thought about using the card option but didnt.

You know what this place is actually pretty good. Decent selection of soaps/bug remover/tire cleaner etc. The pressure on the high power wash could be better but does an okay job. The vacuums surprised me, they have the best suction of any of the other self washes I’ve been to in the area, especially the hose on the farthest left of the bay. Dinging it a star because of the lacking pressure and the fact that the vacuum machine ate three of my quarters and there is no button to press to get them back (didn’t realize I only had 3 on me)
