I think they're pulling a scam on their pumps. I know for a fact that I pushed the 2.99 gas button, but I was charged 3.69. Buyer beware!

Free air! and propane tank refills - not many places that do that. Car wash is a bit sketch tho. They recently added free vacuums!

I'm tired of being advertised at while already buying gas. I'm already spending money at your establishment and still, you have a obnoxiously loud tv that I can't turn off while pumping gas. It's loud trash tv that wastes everyone's attention. Would be 5 star if not for unavoidable blaring ads and trash tv during the entire experience.

As a fairly large commuter, I tend to visit a gas station at least once a week, if not every 8 or 9 days. I've come to realize just how varying in quality a gas station can be, and how my driving stress level goes up due to that quality. That being said, this is one of the best Shell stations I have been to. Being a Fuel Rewards member I try to use Shell where and when I can, and this station unlike most others in the area had all their pumps functional, the paper towels and windshield cleaner was all full and not packed with leaves and debris and more to my surprise, the screens on the pumps were clean. The terminal I was at worked properly, didn't have any long needless delays in processing, and given the layout being in a long row instead of a weird L shape or otherwise packed together, navigating into the pump was painless and quick. It was also raining at the time and there didn't appear to be any leaks in the roof which as most of us know how aggravating that can be having to stand under a leaky roof at the pump. Overall, this was one of the best Shell stations in the Boulder/Longmont area.

I usually use this place for their car wash after getting Honda service. The washer had just finished and the dryer had just turned on. I put my car into drive and began to slowly move forward when some old crusty employee literally walked into the car wash and up to my window as the dryer was still going to yell at me for going too slow..... Besides that being horribly unsafe... Who does that? The car wash isn't good quality anyways, so I would avoid this place if possible.

Check for your wallet when you leave there. I just got robbed by paying $12 for a basic car wash and that was with the purchase of a full tank. It would be great if you let people know how much the car wash costs on the screen first...

Gas service is reliably fine, and the female employee was friendly. The car wash is terrible! The employee was rude and condescending while “helping” me get my car lined up to enter, there was no drying at all, even though my mid-priced wash included it, and now that the car has dried on its own, it’s still very dirty, especially on the back. I will not be back for a car wash here.
