The prices on the shelves are all wrong. I understand that this happens at many stores, but I don’t appreciate being manipulated into buying something at a higher price than advertised. The lady at the counter was rude when I brought it to her attention also. I will not stop here again as I don’t trust this business.

Second time I come here and the bathroom is "NOT WORKING" I get that some gas stations in high crime areas do this but this is a nice town. Bathrooms should be open to paying customers, I would like to be able to use the bathroom if Im filling my tank of gas. Definitely, not coming again

the guy at the cash register was pretty nice to me even though you could just see in his face how fed up he was with his day or maybe he was just fed up with his entire employment there, haha. also, they had a bathroom which was relatively clean. and lastly there was no obnoxious bathroom key if you wanted access to that restroom. so this place isn't bad for a gas station in Boulder, not at all.

Gas is gas. Can’t say anything about that product except that pumps don’t always work. But the real reason I’m posting is to alert people to a bad car wash and poor customer service in general. I paid for a car wash and upon exiting the blower that drys your car is set at such a powerful force that it dented my hood in multiple places. Upon going in to address it with the clerk he said it didn’t operate the car wash and I had to call some number. So I called the number several times with no answer. I returned to speak with a manager again and was told he wasn’t there but to leave my name and number which I did. I’ve returned several times again and each time no one is there to address my concerns. No one ever called back to address the issue with me and help resolve the problem. Now I have a dented hood and no one will take ownership of the problem. It’s incredibly discouraging to continue to encounter people who just don’t care or refuse to correct a problem. I’ve actually talked to a couple others that experienced similar issues with customer service at this gas station along with pumps not working and a car wash that has scratched their car. Steer clear of this place if you’re looking for a car wash or if you expect anyone that works inside to help you or acknowledge you exist. Update: just because you reach out and apologize doesn’t solve my problem. The problem is that I still have 3 dents in my hood and an apology doesn’t fix that. Perhaps your team could be more responsive to phone calls that your clerks say will be answered or do the right thing and refund my money from the damaging car wash and may to have the dents removed. But I have little expectation that this will occur. If you truly cared about your customers you wouldn’t treat them with blatant stonewalling. Step up and do the right thing or don’t be in business. Just because it’s a convenience store doesn’t mean you can give a convenient answer.

I go there everyday.for the most part they have friendly staff. got a gas discount card and if you do UPSIDE(.COM) You can save even more money on gas. They have a drive through carwash and vacuum's that works as well as the air pump.

My coworkers and I stopped for gas and snacks on our way to work all clearly dressed in our uniforms. When I attempted to walk the restroom a man yelled at me and shooshed me away from the door. I then watched another employee grab the key to the restroom and go inside to use the restroom. After being in there for awhile he came out looked directly at me then hid further in the back. Again I asked for the restroom and again was told it was in use. This is. One of the worse cases of discrimination I have ever experienced in my adult life and will never go here again.

OLD donuts and they don’t follow their Circle K wards member program. go anywhere else than here. I got this old donut from here and then I went in and asked him I showed him the donut because I didn’t eat it and then he says he’s the manager and wouldn’t give me a doughnut trash go somewhere else. Gas is cheaper in South Boulder. This is also the place where my girlfriend was assaulted by a bum on Christmas Eve. A homeless guy just sucked her in the face for no reason. There’s always homeless people hanging out at this Circle K.

Dirty. Food products on the floor. Boxes in the isles. Trash overflowing at every pump. Bathroom out of service. I am sure it's because they don't want anyone to use it. The floors are filthy. Looking at other recent reviews this is par for the course. Got a response.... Asked me to use a link to report blah blah blah. Don't give me a project, just fix your stuff. Obviously I am not the first person to bring up concerns.

The best Circle K in Boulder. I’ve been to them all. Everyone at this location is very kind and friendly every time I walk in. I have Sip n Save and some locations have tried to give me a hard time about it, but not this one. Plus, their fountain pop is always fresh and well carbonated whereas other locations can be flat and gross. They also have everything else you’d want, snacks, candy, essentials, etc. I literally drive farther across town to come to this location because I like it so much better than the other two closer to my house. Thanks for a consistent positive experience!

I was racially profiled earlier this morning. I have only been to this location 3 times. I walked in to buy a cliff bar. Out of nowhere the manager on Duty named UME or Oome started yelling at me asking "are you going to buy that, I was told you were stealing here yesterday, you have to buy that, buy it and don't come back". I then proceeded to tell the manager that I wasn't even in Circle K yesterday. I mentioned I am not the guy you are referring to. I then told him I had only been there a few days ago prior to today. He ignored me. Cause he knew he had the wrong guy. I asked him what is the issue?" "I have paid before and I am paying now." He then became very silent. Then he decided to leave me alone. But only after I had purchased my items. And explained my side. I recommend no one shop nor come to this Circle K. This is and was a traumatizing experience for me. I hope no one else has to experience such blatant racism. This was truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Do better! I would give zero stars if I could!

If I can give this place a zero, I would. The manager and employees continue to Display discrimination, racism, ignorance, when you racially profile someone… who has paid for their items. How about before you accuse anyone with melanated skin, you view the footage from the cameras in your facility first to CONFIRM your unprecedented suspicion. I witnessed what you have done when you accused a tall toned muscular young black man. He paid for his items! A Bar and probably a Protein Cookie, because that man looks so Strong! He didn’t look like he was in need and he didn’t look like he was that poor to steal those two food items! Do Better and Be Better. Clean your store up and the area along with your behaviors! Actually participate in being a positive contributor to actually making this world go around making this world a better place! It’s 2024, get with the times!

Was sold a kinder egg that was covered in mold, had to tear it from my kids hand when I saw it, she came so close to eating clearly out of date food. Love to see such clear lack of interests in a customers health, and major negligence on product management and upkeep. Learn to cycle your products, will never step foot in here again.

Nozzle malfunctioned and wouldn’t register gas flowing into the car. Eventually on the fourth try, the gas flowed but the nozzle malfunctioned a second time when I pulled it out of the car and it sprayed gasoline all over my vehicle and my clothes and shoes. I went in to promptly tell the manager that the pump was malfunctioning and it was dangerous and he proceeded to tell me I was lying. Nice.

Went to fill up and to clean my windshield. I went in and asked if they could fill one of the reservoir so I cleaned my windshield and the man running the store said he would do it later. That doesn’t help my needs and safety now as a Circle K member. Horrible service and last time I will ever use this location

The older gentleman that works here has repeatedly been cruel to his employees, in front of customers. Degrading them before others, being overly angry about minor issues- that sort of thing. I'm unsure how he even has employees. I've also witnessed him racially profiling others, denying service. Ive witnessed him lie about the restroom being broken, and call the cops on someone for asking to use the restroom, then let somebody else use the restroom before the said customer (who bought gas and something else), had even left the building. The ice there makes your soda taste like cleaning supplies smell, as well as covering up expired food expiration dates as fresh dates. It's clear when you take off the top sticker. Something needs to be done about this business. Except for the awful taste of the soda, and the obviously expired food, these are things I've only witnessed. As a person that used to utilize this gas station, I feel sick and disgusted. Please check into this business, and do appropriate checks into his treatment of employees, and safety of the food and fountain drinks (including coffee and hot food products) sold here. Fire that man. He shouldn't be in charge of others, food, or anything safety related. He is rude to customers, to his employees, and even his wife. Have this man removed.

The corporate office or the store owner must check on their store manager immediately! Today I witnessed a paying customer after purchasing items, kindly asked the cashier to use the restroom. But there is group of homeless people hanging out at the store and one of them is already inside the restroom for a long time. So that paying customer waited for a long time and finally got to use it. Soon as that customer went in, the manager named Don (big and really dirty aggressive & rude) came out of office and disrespectful trying to get the customer out of the restroom, so his homeless friends could use it probably to clean themselves up or something. The store manager named Don did not let the paying customer a chance to use the restroom. That paying customer came out unhappy and asked the cashier who that rude and aggressive man was. I overheard that disrespectful, aggressive and rude man was the store manager. Also, I witnessed that unhappy customer asked if that big, dirty, really aggressive and extremely rude man was an homeless too. The cashier nodded his head saying yes. And the cashier stated that those homeless people are the store manager’s friends. I was shocked. Which basically everyday around the same time the store owner allows his homeless friends to come in lining up in group to use the restroom bath or wipe or clean themselves up. One homeless gangster looking man standing outside of the store stating that the store manager is his friend. And he is sorry if that store manager friend is rude to us. So please, store owner or corporate office of this location do something about this extremely aggressive, disrespectful and unreasonably rude manager named Don.
