Really dude?! I saw the guy step outside and see me get out of my Jeep at the pump... before i got gas I was going inside for drinks & i see the sign on the door "store closed" at 12 a.m. IT WAS 11:55! It's all good....after that I'd rather pay more elsewhere to fill my 22 gal tank which btw is on E! I'm at 7-11 now a few blocks away! I miss the guy who use to work nights at this Shell!

Holy cow! Where do I even begin? Great experience to say the least. Awesome atmosphere, highly recommend. The employees are just a delight, it honestly doesn't feel like a normal convenience store experience, more like a vacation. Always looking forward to my weekly visits to SHELL! I gave it 5 stars because they don't allow TEN! Also tell Shirley hi, she's a flirt, but means well.

First let me say this the year to date is April 23 2020 approximately 207 pm. I walked into this shell gas looking to purchase some lottery tickets. I asked the cashier where the lottery cards were and he directed to the cards. I walked over to fill out my lottery cards. The owner of this location asked me what I was doing because I was reaching in my back pack for a pen. I responded to the owner to her that I didn't know what I was doing just as a joke. She stood right there to make sure that I was reaching for a pen. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I dealt with some really unprofessional behavior and people in my life time but this was the absolute worst!! I'm not applying anything about the owner of this location but I will never and I do never ever do business there again!!

Should update hours. This location is not open 24 hours. They open at 5a, I don't know what time they close. But the pumps are turned off from whenever they close until 5a when they open. Other than having to sit in my car waiting twenty minutes for them to open, the location is great!

Caution advised! I carefully chose the lowest grade of regular but it charged me for the highest premium gas! Staff would not refund the difference claiming that gas cannot be returned. I certainly understand that but responsibility needs to be taken for computer errors at the pump.

Went for a car wash, first time. 20 bucks is the cheapest apparently. So I gave it a shot. HUGE MISTAKE!!! Didn't even clean the back. Octopus car wash down the street will vacuum, wash and dry for the SAME PRICE! Needless to say extremely disappointed especially since it didn't even clean my car!! Don't use this wash. Waste of money!!!!

Probably not a good idea to treat your patrons like they are about to steal from you. I would almost understand if I was acting suspiciously, but I was not. Never have I had to place an item on the counter before continuing shopping. I spend 5-10 dollars a day at this gas station and honestly I don't want to shop here anymore. I understand one employee isn't an accurate representation of the company. But I am thoroughly insulted. Disappointing behavior. I would have otherwise given this store 4 stars for cleanliness, keeping stocked, and a mostly friendly staff.

First time ever buying a car wash at the fuel pump. $20 added to my card no problem. Went to get car wash and 6 digit code didn't work. Called attendant. He was very put out but came out and tried the code I just told him didn't work. Very rude giving me a refund. It wasn't my fault he has defective equipment. Service in America is dead.

Went to switch out propane for a new one. Cashier didn't know what propane was and said they didn't have any. Clearly they do. Took my business elsewhere

Never buy gas from here. The authorization hold for credit cards is far above industry standard at $200 and it literally takes over a week for the authorization to clear. I haven't been able to eat for a week as a result. The charge posted same day, but the authorization is still just sitting there now a week later.

Rabi let's unfocused individuals hang out in the store late at night making it unsafe for customers who want to pay in cash. Rabi is unable to maintain a safe environment for your customers.

So I've been in this store many of times they have huge problem with stario typing people based off appearance they turned people away from using the restroom after purchase and others freely told the person no cause your homeless also they denied me sale of cigar after seeing me I'd that im over 21 years of age because they had to scan it my reason for not pulling my ID out for the condition of my leather wallet that sentimental hard to replace period

Was told by a woman “I think we are out of propane” I went and looked at the propane cage and could see there were new ones with the blue cap on it. I’ve come to this gas station a reasonable amount but won’t any longer.
