This place fits the description of a crooked mechanic 100%. NEVER have your vehicle serviced here. Mechanic will tell you problems that have nothing to do with the issues you brought it for. SCAM!!!

Appalling customer service. They entered my VIN number wrong on the inspection report and I had to return to the inspection station to have them fix it so I could register my car. They didn't even apologize for inconvenience or offer any customer service solution. He stayed on his cell phone the whole time he was fixing the report and didn't say a word to me. So rude and unprofessional! Long wait for the initial inspection too. Don't go here.

I dont usually write reviews but I had to for them. DO NOT GO HERE. They charged me double labor for a job that only took an hour and end up paying more than what I came there for. Dont know what kindve business they are running and are relentless against a broke college student. They think im stupid and dont know how long it takes for an oil and brake change. Will never be going back here again and I advise you not to either. I hope the manager sees this and he remembers the service he did on my red 07 Honda Accord.

Gas prices are about average for this area. The one thing I didn't like is that I couldn't use my Fuel Rewards card at pump. It's Shells reward program that offers discounts on fuel. That was the only thing that annoyed me the most while being there. Other then that the area was decent, the staff members were nice and I was in and out pretty quickly.

I originally gave the station a 5 star rating for replacing the air compressor in my car quickly, but, within, the alternator died. I took it back to the Shell station and am out another $680 to fix it. I was a long-time loyal customer, but will be looking for a mechanic who 100% stands by their work.

Misleading jerks listed the lowest gas price in the area on their marquee, but upon filling my tank, my total was much higher than it should have been based off the listed price. Turns out in tiny print it says that low price they list is only if you also get a car wash. That is 100% intentionally misleading.

Be careful of the stairs! I tripped, got injured while coming out of the entrance, and sprained my ankle. They need a sign for that.
