Would give 0 stars if I could. Purchase some gas gift cards from this location - charges posted. Gift card balances were closed off and transferred to who knows who's account. Luckily paid with Chase card so I got the money back. Bunch of thieves at this location.

Confusing prices. This place advertises confusing prices on the outdoor gas station price sign display (Pylon sign), it usually is lower versus the price that is display on the fuel pump which is the real price they charge you.

One thing I don’t understand! If you have machines in your lot like vacuum or air pump and don’t work why don’t you just put a poster saying it doesn’t work! And don’t wast people money! Cashier ladie so unprofessional.

It was 5:30pm ish Friday (08/20/21). The guy in the shop must have not been paid yet or had some other problems in his life that weren't going well. He was the rudest person that I have ever encountered at a repair shop. To be clear who I'm speaking of, he was a man with black skin and an accent that clearly was not American born. I believe he was wearing glasses, he was medium weight, medium height. He wasn't wearing a shop shirt that I could tell, so I politely asked if he worked there to get his attention. With that question he responded, I believe rudely, in his accented English "you see me working in the shop and you ask me if I work here". With that I walked away without a word thinking this guy has a problem. I write this to say beware of this repair shop, customer service does not exist or didn't exist yesterday.

Dishonest foreigners run this outfit...went to wash my car in the drive through car wash. I used to buy gas there and wash my car. The last time I went there I got gas and paid for a car wash at the pump. I then attempted to go through wash only to find it not working. I asked for a refund, the manager said he could not give one and to come back tomorrow when fixed. I said thats not how that works. He refused I call the cops. While on the phone he decides maybe he should rethink his stupidity. The c0ps get there in about 5 min. just as he recredits my card. Havn't been back since. Never will go back.

I always put gas at this Shell. Today I was just topping up and press for regular gas. When I receive the receipt I look at it and was expecting to see about 5 gallon, but then notice I was charged for premium gas. I spoke with the cashier to inform him what happen, he was very hostile and did not gave an explanation. Please check receipt for gas purchase. I dont know if something was wrong with the pump

Somebody needs to shut down this place! The manager on this Saturday afternoon is rude AF...he insults the customers when they come in with any type of concerns...I was trying to purchase a car wash and use fuel rewards and got neither...when I went out to ask why the error, he basically called me "stupid" and said it was "common sense" you couldn't use two discounts...he flicked me off unapologetically and had no desire to remedy my complaint. I can't believe he thinks combative behavior to a customer is an acceptable business practice. Don't let this station rip you off or insult you...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE! SCAM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. I should have read the reviews before going to this station, but I was on my way home from work and just too tired. I went here to get my car washed, and just like the other customers who left a negative review, after paying for the 'boost' car wash option, the car wash shut down while my car was in it. I told the owner, and after waiting several minutes (more like 15), he came out to reset it, but it was apparently reset to the 'basic' wash setting, as it did not perform some of the services. I told the owner and requested credit for the services I didn't receive, or allow me to go through again to get them. He replied 'he doesn't know anything about that' and my car looks clean anyway, especially since I went through twice, and he's new to the facility so I can come back tomorrow when the more seasoned employee is there. I thought about calling the cops but was just too tired to stay and deal with it. If there was an option for negative stars, I would give several.

Price sign is deceptive, pump won't take credit cards, cashier was rude, pump made weird noises and there was fuel all over the pavement so now my shoes smell like gas. They do have a great air pump and the place seems pretty clean. They have squeegees.

Never patronize establishments that steal from the consumer. I purchased 1 pk of gum labeled $1.79 charged $2.59 1 pk of now & laters labeled $1.79 charged $2.59 1 bg of chips labeled $2.49 on the bag attempted to charge me $2.99, changed to $2.59. I ❓'d the owner significantly on the disbelief that he thought it ok to charge random prices not listed on the shelf. He stated he had not changed the prices on the shelf and started to remove them from the shelf. I wanted so desperately not to make a scene but, as I was walking out he had the ordacity to put the same labels back on the shelf. I asked him again, do you not see this as a problem❓ He clearly didn't care. I believe we all should respect each other and the culture we identify with. My issue is when you chose to understand my English when you collect my cash however, change this when you are clearly in the wrong. I pray that he be blessed in spite of.... I am giving everyone an enlightened experience so that you don't feel compelled to shop here.

Activated my 20 cents on the 14th!! Purchased gas and reward poped up on screen 20 cents off but I only redeem 7 cents. The last time I was in this store and bought cigarettes it advertised $1 off but the guy with turban scanned regular pack...KARMA has no date or time and will eventually find you! U

I’ve been coming here for years and my experiences recently have been horrendous and I would leave negative stars if I could. I buy 2 drinks a Powerade and a diet soda advertised at 2.29 and 2.99 the cashier doesn’t scan my drink but inputs his own price of 3.99 each like while telling you how great of a customer you are. Smiling to Your face while taking your moneyS I’m not paying 8.00 for 2 drinks that’s insane!!! Instead of arguing I left and don’t ever plan to return again. I have lots of friends in the area who they say it has happened to them also so I wouldn’t shop here or even get gas.

Very friendly owner. He offered me a discount because Giant's Reward Points policy interacted weirdly with the car wash discount. Plus, he and his staff helped me get my antenna loosened on my car so I could take the car wash. Definitely coming back! 😀

Owner was super helpful when the car wash shut down early. I always fill up here and get the car wash for .20 off per gallon. Great little shop! It broke my assumption that gas stations with garages have poor service. Service he is great and would recommend to everyone in the neighborhood!

0 is better, I went to get help because the tire was flat. The cost for the service was “ 20.”The man never gave me the receipt. When I looked at my account, they had charged me 30. They are dishonest.

Omg this gas station if they are scammers I put 40 dollars to my Honda Fit 2012 and I did not even get full of the tank when in other gas stations with 27 dollars I have put it full 👎👎👎👎👎

Get your gas and move on! I believe that Kumar, the supposed new cashier with only 2 days on the job (per him) attempted to cheat me on the purchase of 4 snacks today. Nothing was scanned - he just hand typed in prices. I noticed he had charged too much for each of the 4 items that I purchased, and when I went back in he said he couldn't refund me, said prices have gone up. I told him each item had a price listed on the shelf near the item, but he said that is not the prices. Whattttttt.......?????He also said he could not re-do the transaction because he did not know how. He charged me almost $12.89 for what totaled $8.52 based on the listed prices on the shelf, which is over $4 extra. I wrote the correct prices that were listed under each item to show the comparison. We went back and forth and my husband came in and said we will have our bank cancel the transaction, and he then gave me $3 cash, supposedly of his own money, to attempt to right the wrong. To whomever owns this place: It appears that your 'new employee' may be robbing the register. Not a good way to treat people, especially after we patronized the business by purchasing $65 in gas! We would never ever go back to this place.
