I always gased our company trucks there there was a car was vacum air water diesel gas. And very good servise.not much room for cars getting out into traffic. It was on a busy corner.

It's ok. Only reason we stopped there was station across the street had horrible access. No bathroom for customers and fuel prices are too high. Will probably never stop at that freeway exit again for anything.

I showed up at this shell at 2.37am and i tried to buy some chips from the store. The associate working said he was closed. I asked him why does the window say 24hours and he proceeded to tell me im closed i dont care. And had no respect towards me, he was only interested in his converstaion he was having on his bluetooth ear piece. Wanted to spend $10 in food and about $50 in gas but that didnt happen because of this rude associate not wanting business.

When I walked in I saw the clerk with a head set in both ears and I had to ask of he was ready to assist me. With one ear bud removed and a nod, he proceeded as if he was distracted by his ear bud remaining in his ear and I was more of a bother than a customer spending money. I promise to try and never bother Mina Manager again. Secomd time I went in forgetting this station has poor customer service. I was met with a woman that apparently thinks not responding to a direction question is not rude. I am getting the hint this store is not a stopping option since I prefer polite and attentive attendants and not rude ones that ignore me.

It's Thanksgiving morning, I walk in and am completely ignored by a Caucasian teller who has her barking dog with her. She was extremely rude and wanted to make sure to continued her personal conversation w.o actually working. Sometimes it's js common courtesy, common manners. Today I'm thankful I was raised to treat people with respect, even mean old ladies who are old enough to be my grandma. Js go to Tahoma across the street, their gas is cheaper anyway.

Expired Milk after two years. I bought a Nesquik strawberry milk. When I drank from it, it was chunky, and almost like jelly. I check the expiration date and it was expired from TWO YEARS AGO. I should mention it was at the front of the display. I can only imagine how old other beverages might be. I only regret that I forgot to take a picture of the expiration date on the bottle. I was not able to get my full refund.

Returning from an appointment in Seattle I stopped for a bite. Two hot dogs for 3 bucks. Looks like a newly built or renovation. Clean in appearance. Friendly helpful staff. The clerk helped me by asking my needs to properly package and carry my food. She even went and got the items I needed from the little deli. Great person!

This store online states 24 hr, that's not facts if you work late or leaving early chances are the door is locked and the cashier is looking at you through the door on the phone first time I thought no biggie but it happens frequently .. I don't understand with two competitors literally on each corner who ARE in fact open . No sign stating locked for break locked for whatever clearly this has been a problem for some time reading these reviews so don't waste your time there's marathon and 76 across the street

First of all this is not a 24-hour Shell station there's a grumpy lady there when I try to go at 4:30 in the morning sitting there on her phone with the door locked. Typically has a mean dog with her I think they finally made her get rid of it. The other workers are nice during regular hrs. Hope she finds some peace ✌️ 🙏

It says online and on Apple Maps that it’s open 24 hours but for some reason when I go there at three or four in the morning, the cashier is sitting on his phone with the door locked. When I knocked on the door he ignores me and continue on his phone. I just wanted a coin for my tire and can never do that when he’s there. That is bad for business and very ignorant on the cashiers part! I will no longer support Shells in Fife.

So being a truck driver and working nights, it's nice having a 24 hour gas station to go in and get energy drinks. As long as the lady isn't on shift with her dog that barks constantly and locks the building refusing to acknowledge customers outside. Sign says 24 hrs on the door but she's behind the counter listening to a drama with the door locked
