PRICE GOUGERS FOR GAS!!! $3.5/gal when it’s $3.19 everywhere else after hurricane Ian and $24 for a SINGLE CASE of water. I hope they get what’s coming to them for taking advantage of the community in these times!!

Don't use the car wash, it does a horrible job. I did the middle grade wash with the spot free rinse and I have spots all over my black car! Very disappointing!

Pay 30¢ more per gallon here. Still the highest gas prices I've seen anywhere in Lee and Collier County. It's cheaper on Marco Island.

The service is terrible I went into the store to buy some thing for my trip I decided to buy one of the scratch game, while I was looking at them my son tell's me " dad don't buy it, it is a waste of money" but I still want it to buy it, she didn't want to sell it to me because I was with a minor, she was very rude, and while we were talking the manager didn't even care to show his face, by the way the name of the employee is Susie Q

You guys need to update your hours of operation. It’s not 24 hours. I work 5 days a week 6-2 pm and I tried multiple times @ 5:00 to 5 : 30s and it’s always close.

Very difficult getting in and out of the place, the pumps are situated in the back of the location and if you have a large vehicle, it can get real cramped trying to park at an available pump. Prices are typically higher here than other locations, probably due to the Estero image thing...meaning people have money here so let's charge more. Never had a problem with staff, they are generally very kind and helpful. I frequent this place a lot though only because it's at a convenient location for me. If you want cheaper gas, look elsewhere. Also, the car wash is still just the touchless type (high pressure spray only). I really wish they would upgrade that to the latest clear coat safe scrubbers.

Bought the deluxe wash and it didn't clean the car. Talked to manager about it and she was indignant...said it's just a machine and I need to wash by hand if I want a clean car. Disappointing attitude.

pulled up at 9:47 pm with a friend to get some snacks, walked through the front door and got yelled at. The lady at the front register was extremely rude and yelled “ we’re closed” 3 times before we stepped foot inside even though it clearly stated they were open 24 hours. Definitely won’t be back, not even for gas. Highly recommend taking the extra 4 miles to the Mobil up the street.

Called to ask if the station had a working air compressor to air up a tire with. Not one employee could tell me because they don't speak English. Don't go here if you will need assistance with anything.

Came in to buy a Red Bull. The total price was $3.19. The man at the cash register was trying to point me toward another direction to hide the price shown on the register. He did not realize that I saw the price. He did not give me back all my change. This was around 3:00 p.m. I am assuming he must be a manager. Stealing from U.S. citizens in this manner usually comes from a hatred toward the country.
